Sub: - Development of Temple city Layout (250Acres) by providing Infrastructure Such

as formation of Roads, Retaining walls, Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm,Water
Drains, Utility Duct, Electrification etc at Yadadri ( Yadagirigutta) in Nalgonda
District –Compliance Report Submitted-Reg

Adverting to the reference cited above, I am here with submitting action taken
report on the compliance report on the following paras of the QCR:

7.4: The disturbed Embankment was rectified on Road no.18 L/S & 19 L/S duly
Compacting layer by layer with suitable earth compactors during the
execution of the Gabion wall work.

7.11: The Contrartor has got permission from Vice Chairman &CEO YTDA to run
the stone crusher unit , pugmill for WMM & Batch mix plant adjacent to
the layout site vide Letter no 128/YTDA dt: 09/12/2016.

7.12 : The difference of Lead charges amount is withheld in Running Bills towards
layout site blasting material to recover after getting the approval from the
technical sanctioning authority.

The above parawise replies already communicated to the Chief Engineer

(R&B) Admin & QC and also the copies of letters is here with enclosed.
