Job Role: This role is responsible for overlooking smooth execution of Learning &
Development and Performance Management area.
Essential Duties: Learning & Development
Develop Learning strategy in consultation with stakeholders
Work closely with HR Head in shaping overall Talent Management &
Development strategy & framework
Conduct TNA, understand requirements from various department
Managers / HOD
Develop and implement Training Plans & Programs to support current
& future business needs
Lead projects on Critical Talent Management and Succession Plan
initiatives for the organization
Manage the L&D Budget
Design Inhouse material and resources for employee development
Design and implement relevant training programs
Manage and execute bi-annual Employee Refresher program for staff
Performance Management
Independently manage PMS process
Set the right framework & support employee development initiatives,
Performance Evaluation, Performance objectives
Miscellaneous
Policies and Procedures: Suggesting and assisting in creating,
implementing & updating the HR systems and procedures.
Designing Forms and reports required for the HR functions
MIS : Preparing HR Reports as and when required by Management

Qualification: Education
Master’s degree in Human Resource
Work Experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience
