RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE


Plain in appearance but rich in flavor

Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter or margarine , softened
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups milk

Methods

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees


- Sift the flour and later mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
- Beat butter, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Then add sugar.
- Combine the mixture and beat until batter is smooth.
- Pour into greased round cake pan
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
- Transfer cake on a wire rack. Let it cool completely.
