To open the attachment, you need to enter the password using the applicable step as

mentioned below:

1. Where Date of Birth (DOB) of First Holder is available in our records, the password is
Name+DOB, i.e. First four alphabets of the first holder's name (in lower case) + DDMM of
Date of Birth. Please ignore spaces & special characters & salutations like Mr. and Mrs. in the
name. (If any).

For example,

If your name as mentioned in the application form is Aditya Roshan & date of birth as per
your application form is 07-05-2013 (07th May, 2013) then your password will be adit0705

If your name as mentioned in the application is A. Roshan & date of birth as per your
application is 07-05-2013 (07th May, 2013) then your password will be aros0705

If your name as mentioned in the application is Mr. Aditya Roshan & date of birth as per
your application is 07-05-2013 (07th May, 2013) then your password will be adit0705

For on behalf of a minor application, where the name of the beneficiary child is Aditya
Roshan and his DOB is 07-05-2013 (07th May, 2013) then your password will be adit0705

2. In case your Date of Birth (DOB) is not available in our records, password will be Permanent
Account Number(PAN) of the first holder in lower case.

For example, if the Single/First holder PAN in the folio is updated as ABCDE1234F, then your
password will be abcde1234f.

3. In case your PAN and DOB is not available in our records. password will be a combination
of the first 4 letters of your name (in lower case ) as mentioned in the application and first 4
digits of your folio number without check digits. Please ignore spaces & special characters
& salutations like Mr. and Mrs. in the name and / or Folio number (if any).

For example,

If your name as mentioned in application is Aditya Roshan and your Folio number is
1234567/23, then your password will be adit1234

If your name as in application A.Roshan and your Folio number is 1234567/23, then your
password will be aros1234

If your name as in application Mr. Aditya Roshan and your Folio number is 1234567/23, then
your password will be adit1234
