Lullaby Sponsorship - $100

x Mention in the event program.
x Recognized as providing one month of therapy for a Seminole County family in need.

Jingle Sponsorship - $250

x Mention in the event program.
x Booth space (1) for distribution of service or product materials.
x Display of corporate banner (1) at the event site. Company provides the banner.
x Recognized as providing more than a month of inpatient treatment for a child in need.

Melody Sponsorship - $500

x Name or logo in all media alerts, press releases, water bill mail stuffers, radio spots and other
advertisements.
x Mention on promotional flyers and event program.
x Booth space (1) for sale or distribution of service or product materials.
x Display of corporate banner (1) at the event site. Company provides the banner.
x Recognized as providing support group therapy sessions for adults successfully overcoming
addiction.

Ballad Sponsorship - $1,000

x Minimum of one announcement will be made by guest DJ and band members recognizing the
organization. Announcements will include company name and nearest location.
x Name and logo displayed on advertisements, to include event postcards, media alerts, press
releases, water bill mail stuffers, radio spots and other advertisements.
x Mention on promotional flyers and event program.
x Booth space (1) for sale or distribution of service or product materials.
x Display of corporate banner (1) at the event site. Company provides the banner.
x Recognized as funding drug and alcohol prevention programs which impact the lives of thousands
of Seminole County children, teens and adults.

Concert Sponsorship - $2,000

x Minimum of three announcements will be made during the event by guest DJ or band members
recognizing the organization. Announcements will include company name, nearest location and
company slogan.
x Listed on all materials as exclusively sponsoring Rico Monaco and Sol Sons.
x Prominent space for name and logo displayed on all advertisements, to include event posters,
postcards, media alerts, press releases, water bill mail stuffers, radio spots and other
advertisements.
x Mention on promotional flyers and event program.
x Booth space (1) for sale or distribution of service or product materials.
x Display of corporate banner (1) at the event site. Company provides the banner.
x Recognized as assisting in the development of The Grove’s newest prevention program, The
Speaker’s Bureau which travels throughout Central Florida to spread the message of prevention.

ALL INCLUSIONS IN MEDIA ARE SUBJECT TO DEADLINES, AVAILABLE SPACE AND MEDIA REQUIREMENTS.
 Sponsorship Registration
On Saturday, October 1st, 2005, The Grove Counseling Center and the City of Lake Mary will be holding
a county-wide jazz concert at Central Park located outside of Lake Mary City Hall. The event will last
from 5-8pm and will offer guests FREE LIVE entertainment.

Promotion for the event includes over 500 posters in local businesses, 2,500 direct mail postcards, 500
VIP invitations, inserts in the Lake Mary water bill, radio spots on WLOQ, advertisements in local print
publications, listings in community calendars and much more.

¾ Event set-up is 3 – 4pm at Central Park, located next to Lake Mary City Hall
¾ Please bring your own tables and chairs, we will be unable to provide them.
¾ Availability is limited and registration will only be complete after payment is received.
