As a Project Manager, you will naturally be bringing order from chaos through stellar

communication, facilitation and problem solving. This role will support Chegg Study, a
leading homework help and study product under the Learning Services umbrella at
Chegg. As a natural leader, you will drive stakeholders to a common goal, speaking the
languages of business, product management, and engineering as the situation
warrants. You will be a close partner to the business and product leadership of the
initiatives you drive, and you will provide the clearest lens on the issues at hand. Your
sense of absolute ownership of an initiative and your eye for detail will be what drives
the team to success.
The Organization:
The Chegg PMO supports the delivery of Chegg Study’s key initiatives. We partner
closely with business, product, and engineering leadership to ensure close alignment.
Through planning, coordination, and collaborative communication, we ensure teams are
focused the prize – helping our students thrive in the most challenging and rewarding

Your functions include:

 Facilitation of end-to-end scoping and estimation

 Creating cross-functional plans and managing cross team dependencies

 Work with business leadership, in partnership with product, engineering and

marketing, to prioritize initiatives

 Communicating project progress – delivery status, risks, issues, mitigation plans

and impacts to the CS roadmap

 Steering teams based on business objectives, constantly aligning teams to those


 Developing light weight processes to improve communications and project


 Providing critical information to Chegg executives to set priorities for the company


 3+ years of progressive project / program management experience

 You can operate effectively in a high demand, rapidly shifting / fluid environment.

 You can bring clarity to ambiguous situations

 You have experience driving mid to large-scale, multi-discipline projects &

 You have a proven track record of on time and high-quality project delivery

Product Manager, Membership & Reporting

The Growth & Enablement team is seeking a tenacious data-oriented Product Manager
to oversee our Membership & Reporting products and customer experiences. The ideal
candidate is knowledgeable about commerce and customer lifecycle management
experience that go along with digital subscription products. This role oversees the FE &
BE product delivery for Chegg’s digital subscription catalog, order lifecycle management
and the operational & financial reporting that powers our business operations,
accounting, and finance teams. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact

Job Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will participate in the analysis, prioritization, planning, and
implementation for Membership & Reporting, critical pieces which contribute to the
overall Commerce platform. You will be accountable for (FE/BE) product delivery and
maintenance of the digital catalog and pricing, order lifecycle management flows,
subscription and order management APIs, and ensuring that operational and financial
reports downstream are supported with accurate and high-quality data from the
commerce platform.
Responsibilities and Requirements:

 Collaborate with Staff Product Manager of Commerce on the analysis,

prioritization, planning, and implementation of product/platform features needed to
support Membership & Reporting aspects of the Commerce platform.

 Work with cross-functional business, operations, product, legal, finance,

accounting, and tax leaders to develop the Membership & Reporting roadmap, balancing
long-term infrastructure investments against near-term KPIs and targets.

 Define detailed use cases, product requirements, and technical specs needed to
support roadmap initiatives.

 Deliver and report on quality user experiences based upon customer feedback
and insights.

 Participate and lead an agile development process, working closely with internal
teams and multiple offshore engineering teams.

 Maintain standards for a data-driven approach to making decisions and gain user
insight using rigorous A/B tests, qualitative user studies, and quantitative market

Required Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree plus two years of related industry experience; Master's degree
with no industry experience.

 Demonstrated competence and skills in at least one area related to commerce

platforms or operational & financial reporting for a digital subscription or physical
products. Continues to expand technical skills, gain industry knowledge.

 Self-motivated; independent, organized, and proactive; highly responsive,

flexible, and adaptable.

 Communicates to inform, share, improve, and maintain an open dialogue.

 Able to proactively and effectively communicate with team members,

Desired Role Qualifications:

 Experience with ERP/Financial, commerce, payment platforms & systems

(RevPro, Netsuite, Braintree, order lifecycle management).

 Experience with operational and financial reporting (orders, revenue, billing), and
ETL Pipelines for digital subscription products, bundles, and physical goods.
