Research methodology:

A research process consists of stages or steps that guide the project from its conception through
the final analysis, recommendations and ultimate actions. The research process provides a
systematic, planned approach to the research project and ensures that all aspects of the research
project are consistent with each other. This chapter aims to understand the research
methodology establishing a framework of evaluation and revaluation of primary and secondary
research. The techniques and concepts used during primary research in order to arrive at
findings; which are also dealt with and lead to a logical deduction towards the analysis and
results.

Research Design:

This is the first step in research methodology that we have first to design our project that how
we will do the particular work in our research project. Research design is the plan, structured,
and strategy of investigation conceived so as to obtain answers to research questions and to
control variances. My research design is descriptive. As its name implies, the research is
designed to describe something.

Sampling design:

To achieve research objectives a questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire is a

structured technique for data collection that consists of series of question written that a
respondent answer. The design of the sample is simple which is easy to understand.

Sampling plan:

In sample plan we decide about the size of the sample, population and sampling unit which are
described here.

Sample size:

The size of the sample is small which helps to take information easily and quickly. So I plan a
sample of 200 respondents. This involves figures out how many samples one need are affected
by the following factors:
1. Project goals.

2. How you plan to analyze your data.

3. How variable your data are or are likely to be.

4. How precisely you want to measure change or trend.

5. The number of years over which you want to detect a trend.

6. How many times a year you will sample each point.

7. How much money and manpower you have.

Sample area:

It means an area in which research is conducted. For my project both urban and rural area
person are involved which are working in this firm and the dwellers who get products and
services from the company.

Sampling techniques:

I am using convenience as well as survey technique for collecting the data from the techniques.

Collection of data:

This includes all those resources from where a researcher collects data for his project. There
are two types of data which is necessary for make a project.

Primary resources:

In this we include fresh information collect for the first time. I have collected my primary data
with the help of questionnaire by respondents. I have filled the questionnaire by respondents. I
have also collected the primary data by followings:

1. Observation method
2. Interview method
3. Structured questionnaire
Secondary data:

It include those recourses which already published in one or in other reports, I have used the
company statement. I have also collected various information various published resources such
as:

1. Firm’s other documents

2. Books
3. Questionnaire

Project is based on:

Questionnaire

An evaluation of wage and salary policy.

Tools applied:

To have a meaningful analysis and interpretation of various data collected, the following tools
were made of this study:

Statistical tool used for data collected:

1. Tables

2. Bar chart

Analysis and interpretation:

Once the data has been collected it should be analyzed very carefully. Data should be convert
into the short form with the help of coding, tabulations and graphs.

Preparation report:

Finally the report will be prepared on the biases of the above research methodology.

Objectives:

A business objective is a result that a company aims to achieve. It also includes the strategies
that people will use to get there. A business objective usually includes a time frame and lists
the resources available. The main objectives of the recent study aimed as:
