Motivation
Introduction
 Wireless home security and Home Automation are the duel aspects of a particular
IOT home solution.
 The main idea behind IOT Home Automation is that the appliances used day to day
activities must be controlled over voice or using and smart application on modern
day smartphones.
 There is multiple ways to connect a home automation system with cloud using
internet.
 four main categories were: requirement gathering, analysis of the tool,
development of the simulation environment, roll-out of the simulation during the
classes and last the feedback collection.
Objectives

1. To use IoT functionality inorder to maximising the

home automation

2. Test their performances on Packet Tracer to

validate the outcomes

3. Use of SBC_PT board that helps to control the

devices using Programming.
Methodology
Outcomes
Methodology
 In order to implement smart home we used new released cisco packet tracer, which included
different smart object used for home automation such as smart fan, smart window, smart door,
smart light , smart garbage door, fire sprinkler, lawn sprinkler and different sensor is included.
 To control this smart object and sensor, microcontroller (MCU-PT) and Home Gateway.
 provide programming environment for controlling smart object connected to it and provide
controlling mechanisms by registering smart device to Home Gateway respectively .
Conclusion & Future Work

 In this paper, we implemented smart home using new

released cisco packet Tracer.
 There Is Development options in Cisco Packet Tracer
7.2.0.
 We used visual programming to develop the environment.
 In future we will try to include ML on a very impressive
way that can be very useful and generate efficient
output.
 It is our goal to implement IOT technology with
collaboration of Machine Learning and Artificial
Intelligence.
