How to re-authenticate user account for new USIM?


- Install the new USIM in to the smart device, and connect to SPDS
- Re-authentication pop-up > OK > HQ admin
- New USIM is available after approval of SPDS admin (takes 1 or 2 days)

SPDS “User Account” policy follows 3 rules

User must have 1 USIM User account will be suspended Wi-Fi dedicated devices

For iOS device, SPDS can connect to the machine by 2 methods.


(1) The model which support Wi-Fi.
- Select Wi-Fi > Select the machine

Install Zadig driver


- Zadig driver must be installed on your PC at least one time per each machine
- Setup file is included in SPDS for version compression file, please refer to 2.2.3 for download
* Please make sure this driver is not related with Samsung Printer Driver.

2) Copy firmware file to smart device
. In order to use ‘download firmware’ function, firmware file must should be located at specific folder : SPDS / FW

- In case of replacing mainboard, you can overwrite previous options to the new
mainboard
- Exporting configuration > importing to the new mainboard
- Backup data : Machine Setting, Network Setting, Address Book, User Profile

- After completing the service activity, you can easily enter essential data for warranty claim

4 FAQ

Q) I cannot set up serial number after replacing mainboard


A) Only HQ and Subsidiary members has the authority to reset the serial number.
Please contact subsidiary service rep.

Q) When I input the serial number on the replaced mainboard, error code (Error 50, Error 650) is occurred.
A) Please refer to below symptom and then retry
. Error 50 : User inputted wrong serial number
. Error 650: Need to examine the log from the device

Q) SPDS cannot connect to the printer for old model


A) SPDS doesn’t support the old models (e.g. CLP-6220FX). Please check the specification of each model

A) For Wi-Fi connection, the smart device and the machine should be connected with the same router

Q) I want to download and save disassembly movie clip, how do I get?


A) If you see the movie clip, it saves mobile phone or SD card (only for Android device)
SD card inserted : /card/android/data/com.sec.spds/files/video
no SD card : /phone/SPDS/Video
