Title of Skripsi : Relation between officer labour capacity with
satisfaction of officer Badan Kepegawaian Daerah
Of Area Sub-Province Serang.

Faculty : Social Science and Politics.
Year : 2006.

Pursuant to hawker of researcher at Badan Kepegawaian


Daerah Of Area Sub-Province Serang. its Labour capacity Officer
of the mentioned goodness of pursuant result of questioner
which have been replied answered by all officer. As for indicator
of labour capacity that is faithfulness, labour capacity,
responsibility, adherence, cooperation, sincerity, and initiative.
While satisfaction of officer job in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Of
Area Sub-Province Serang, all officer lick lips with result of job,
accepted salary, way of job friend give motivation, input in
running work. From result of calculation of data of questioner
statistical hypothesis that is there is relation which is signifikan
between officer labour capacity with satisfaction of his job.
Knowable of value of rs = 0,514, tstat = 3,595 and ttable = 1,688
hence can be concluded by tstat > ttable meaning that hypothesis
zero (Ho) refused and alternative hypothesis (Hi) accepted with
correlation coefficient “sedang” because residing in at spanning
scale 0,40 – 0,599. Target of this research that is to know officer
labour capacity level, mount satisfaction of officer job, and know

Used Research method that is quantitative research
method by using analytical descriptive approach, an method
depicting events pursuant to existing fact and data and
underway at the time of research, is later then analyzed its his
through statistic of is non parametric pursuant to correlation of
rank spearman, with scale measurement of ordinal. used
Research Instrument that is : bibliography study, direct field
study, and questioner. Population in this research is all officer
exist in Body Officer of Area sub-province Serang amounting to
38 people. used Sampling technique that is non sampling
probability. Type intake of sampel the used is saturated sampel,
statistic used to process and data analysis that is descriptive
statistic.
Conclusion of research that is that relation between officer
labour capacity with satisfaction of officer job at Badan
Kepegawaian Daerah Of Area Sub-Province Serang at level of
coefficient correlation is that is value of rs = 0,514. excelsior
mount officer labour capacity hence excelsior also satisfaction of
his job, that way also on the contrary excelsior mount
satisfaction of officer job hence excelsior also its labour capacity.
Suggestion for the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Area sub-
province Serang have to can improve labour capacity with
assessment to work, and continue to look after satisfaction of
job.
