I Talk To God About You

I talked to God about you even before I actually met you. Back then, I prayed for
Him to let our paths cross; to give me a chance to know you, even just by name. I
prayed for Him to bless you all the time, with the gift of loving— and yes, I'm
beyond glad to say that He really heard my prayer.

When I met you, I realized that He granted my earnest request for the reason that
no one else can fill my life with this kind of bliss but only you. Every day I
spend with you is always better than yesterday, and I'm grateful 'cause you never
fail to make my heart grin in the most genuine way.

Now that I finally have you, everything feels like a dream come true. You're my
favorite best as well as my favorite worst, and I can't thank Him enough for
placing you in my life in the midst of all the things that are going on.

Baby, now that I have you, I will never let go of you. Deep down in my heart, I
know and believe that God gave me everything when He gave me you, and that
wonderful truth only makes me talk even more to Him about you.
