Peer Evaluation Form

Reflect on your group presentation. Rate each group member on the following scale. Be critical in your evaluation, but fair. If you score everyone in your group
with a 4 you will not be rewarding the people who exceeded expectations and you will be rewarding students who didn’t attend meetings or participated very
little in the development and planning of the presentation. On the left side, write the names of each member in your group. Rate each on the following scale:

1 = very poor; 2 = poor; 3 = average; 4 = above average (went far above and beyond expectations)

Additional Comments: If you would like to share other insights, please do so here.

Unfortunately Nicole did not take part in any group meetings or discussions regarding this presentation. We asked her to please choose two topics
that would fit with our current topics and presentation and hand in her slide information no later than Tuesday, November 27 th 2018 at 12:00pm. This
was to ensure that we had ample amount of time to add her information to the slide and format it to fit our already existing presentation. Nothing was
submitted and no attempts of communication were made. At this time our group had to assume that Nicole did not want to be part of the presentation
as she had not participated in any part of it thus far.
