Hiring Manager
Baywood Dermatology
95 Bayly St. West
Ajax, ON, L1S 7K8

Attention Hiring Manager,

I am a student at Durham College, currently studying the Office Administration – Health Services Diploma
program and I will be graduating in June of 2020. I am very much interested in this medical office
administration opportunity because of my past experience working for a clinic as an administrator and my
current standing in the Office Administration – Health Services program.

I have been told that I have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as being very polite
and easy to work with. In my last position, I was always told by patients that I am very friendly and seem
to have everything organized as it should. I deal with conflict well, as I am usually able to come up with a
resolution to a problem. I think I would be a good fit for this position because of my communication and
organization skills, having experience as an office administrator, being recognized for my friendliness and
organization, and being able to resolve problems well.

As you will see in my enclosed resume, I have years of experience working in retail and customer service.
This time allowed me to gain experience in dealing with customers and people in general, learning many
different skills, and getting the job done correctly. To add to these skills, I am highly efficient in dealing
with money and am very responsible and organized. With my extensive knowledge and customer service
skills, I know that I would be very beneficial to the Baywood staff.

I have consistently maintained a professional and excellent demeanor when dealing with patients and
customers. In my previous workplace, I constantly was receiving compliments about my friendly service. I
go out of my way to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the service they receive.

Thank you for taking the time to review my resume. I look forward to speaking to you soon about how I
can contribute to your team at Baywood Dermatology. If you need to reach me, feel free to contact me by
email or phone.

Sincerely,

Baylie Merlin
