Registration for Term 1:


The registration process for the two year Post Graduate Diploma Programs (PGDM, PGDM - Finance,
PGDM - Marketing) at IMT Hyderabad is scheduled at 10.00 am on June 17, 2019. Please report at the
Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Hyderabad for the registration process at the following
address.

Kindly carry the following mandatory documents (originals along with a set of self-attested photo-
copies) for the registration process. Originals will be returned after verification.

1. X mark sheet
2. XII mark sheet
3. Graduation mark sheet and degree certificate
4. Post-graduation mark sheet(if any)/Professional qualification certificate (if any)
5. Work experience certificate(s) and relieving order from the Company / Organization (if any)
6. Original CAT /XAT /CMAT/GMAT scorecard
7. 5 passport size color photographs
8. Photo Id verification (Any one - Aadhar card/PAN card/Driving License/Passport)
9. Anti-ragging affidavit (details given below)
Candidates in the final year of graduation are required to furnish course completion certificate
issued by the appropriate authority of their institution. In such a case you are also required to
submit an undertaking that you will submit the final term result and degree certificate by September
30, 2019.

Submission Anti-ragging Affidavit

As per the orders of the Government and the Hon'ble Supreme Court on the anti-ragging measures all
students and parent/guardians are required to submit an affidavit before a student is allowed for
registration in an Institute. The affidavits are to be submitted either on a non-Judicial paper of Rs.10/-
duly attested by the oath commissioner or filled online at www.amanmovement.org by following the
instructions given in the website. Please get a copy of the filled affidavit at the time of registration.

Reporting Guidelines
The following are a set of guidelines to facilitate the process of your arrival and registration in the
institute.

 On Arrival – Please show your admission offer letter and valid ID card (any one - Aadhar
card/PAN card/Driving License/Passport) at the security gate, record your arrival details in the
register and collect your registration envelope.

 Accommodation – The envelope will have Hostel Room Allotment Form with the details of the
room allotted to you. Occupy the allotted room and handover the filled-in Hostel Room
Allotment Form to the administrative staff in the hostel. Your single occupancy room would
have a cot, study table, bed-side table, chair, cupboard, fan and tube light. Verify that all items
issued are in working condition. Hostel rooms are provided with high-speed broadband
connection. A LAN cable would be provided for accessing the Internet. Instructions to configure
your computer to access the Internet will be displayed on hostel notice boards.

o The hostel accommodation will be ready to occupy from Saturday, June 15, 2019 after
2:00 PM only.

o Parents can stay in your hostel room on the day of registration. Father or a male
guardian of a female student would be accommodated in a separate hostel. Parents will
be required to vacate the hostel rooms by 5:00 PM on June 18, 2019.

 Mess – You can avail the mess facility in the Dining Hall. The mess facility is also available for
parents or guardians. You can also purchase snacks, tea, coffee, etc. from the cafeteria.

 Purchase of utilities - Private vendors will put up stalls for sale of mattresses, buckets, curtains,
stationery, locks, mobile SIM cards, etc. outside the hostel premises (Tungabhadra - Wing A).
You may buy your requirements from them directly. The vendors will also provide mattresses,
pillows on rent for parents.

 Profile Registration – Your registration on IMT, Hyderabad Enterprise Resource Portal (ERP) is
essential. The Academic Program Office (APO) will facilitate the same by sharing a link by first
week of June 2019.

Institute Infrastructure
A state-of-the are infrastructure is in place to create comfortable and conducive learning
environment for the students of IMT, Hyderabad.

 Academic Block: 9 lecture theatres, 11 classrooms, 55 faculty cabins, a seminar hall & an
auditorium with 300 seating capacity.
• Learning Resource Center (LRC): 7542 titles, 12429 books, 47 national & 10 international
journals, 10507 E – journals, 18 business magazines and 8 databases.
 IT Labs: 3 well-equipped computer labs with 240 terminals, a Data Analytics Lab with access to
software’s like SPSS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS E - Minor, SAP, Prowess IQ, Tableau, Text Minor,
R and Python.
• Dining Facility: A fully functional mess offering breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Cafeteria
which serves different cuisines and is operational for extended hours.
• Students Hostel: 4 hostel blocks (2 each for boys and girls) offering single occupancy
accommodation.
• Faculty Quarters: 3 buildings accommodating around 24 furnished flats including 4 guest houses
• Sports complex: Cricket ground, football ground, basketball court, lawn tennis & badminton
courts along with indoor games like table tennis & chess in hostel blocks.
• Other Amenities: Open air theatre with 500+ seating capacity, YES Bank ATM on campus
premises, student-run provisional store and a gymnasium with all modern equipments.
• Medical Assistance: 24/7 medical assistance, a campus doctor, medical room & an institute van
for emergency. Medical Insurance coverage up to INR 1 Lakh during your stay on campus.
