Fill up fresh oil ( correct grade ) in tank up to correct level

Normalise the lub oil piping to bearing, servosystem etc. (wherever applicable )

Run lub oil pump and check for any leakage. Adjust lub oil pressure as required

Check and set the pressure of the relief valves.

Line up the secondary air path and flue gas path with one air preheater and one pass of ESP

Line up the fuel oil and atomising air / steam system at the pump house and at the boiler front.

Run one ID Fan, one FD Fan, air preheater, A.C. Scanner air fan, one fuel oil (light oil) pump.

Maintain air flow between 30% & 40% of full load air flow and furnace draft between -5 to -10 mm WC. Ensure that the burner tilt is

Fill up the boiler up to normal drum level.
