EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The project report is about recruitment and selection process that’s an important part of any
organization which is considered as a necessary asset of a company. In fact, recruitment and
selection gives a home ground to the organization acumen that is needed for proper functioning of
the organization. It gives an organizational structure of the company. It’s a methodology in which
the particular organization works and how a new candidate could be recruited in such a way that
he would be fitted for the right kind of career.

There are two types of factors that affect the Recruitment of candidates for the company
Internal factors
External factors

In this report on Birla Corporation Pvt Ltd. Recruitment and Selection is explained and
differentiated in details and the process is discussed followed by findings which are deduced from
analysis done through pie charts. From obtaining the results of the analysis, the report provides
some recommendations based on the findings in the process of recruitment and selection. At last,
the conclusion closes the report by over viewing Birla Corporation Pvt Ltd. technique of recruiting
sales people.
