1.​ ​ ​ ​What​ ​do​ ​you​ ​observe​ ​in​ ​the​ ​classroom​ ​that​ ​either​ ​helps​ ​students​ ​with​ ​the​ ​learning​ ​process,
or​ ​helps​ ​create​ ​an​ ​interesting​ ​learning​ ​environment?

There are signs and posters posted around the room to help
the students with math and vocabulary.

2.​ ​ ​How​ ​does​ ​the​ ​teacher​ ​connect​ ​a​ ​lesson​ ​to​ ​previous​ ​lessons​ ​or​ ​information​ ​in​ ​the​ ​text?
The students morning work is a reflection of what they’ve learned and she
gives them 15 minutes to complete their work and then they go over it as a
class.

3.​ ​ ​How​ ​has​ ​the​ ​teacher​ ​organized​ ​media​ ​print​ ​materials​ ​for​ ​the​ ​instructional​ ​activity?

There is none.

It’s all teacher centered

5.​ ​ ​How​ ​does​ ​the​ ​teacher​ ​monitor​ ​independent​ ​and​ ​group​ ​work​ ​during​ ​class?
There is mostly independent work. The teacher walks around while also trying to
get the next lesson ready.

Yes they have several minutes to complete their school work until they go over it as a class. It
impacts the, because it gives them time to figure things out on their own.

She goes one lesson at a time. First they work on morning work then they go
over it. After that they read their poems out loud to practice reading. I think it’s
a good pace for them. They do the same things each day in the same order
