ADDENDUM TO THE BEDSPACE RENTAL CONTRACT

BETWEEN

The LESSEE
And
The LESSOR

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, Lessee has requested for room air conditioning; and


WHEREAS, the Lessor desires to supply such request subject to certain conditions,
rules, and regulations;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and of the mutual
agreements herein after set forth, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows:

1. Lessee shall use the air conditioning 8 hours per day. 2 hours during day time
(12NN-2PM) and 6 hours in the evening (10PM-4AM). This is in consideration of
the Lessee’s schedule of work.

2. Lessee shall pay for the electricity used by him/her in the Premises during the
Lease Term. Lessee covenants to pay the charges for such utility services on or
before the dates when such payments shall be due and to keep the Premises free
and clear of any lien or encumbrance of any kind whatsoever constituting a
charge against the Premises arising from the nonpayment or a delinquency in
payment for said utility services.

(a) Lessee will pay the excess amount on the usual electric bill of the Lessor
every month, which is Two Thousand Pesos (2,000.00) only.
(b) Excess amount of the above mentioned usual bill will be divided into the
numbers of person occupying the room.

3. Term of Contract. This contract shall become effective on the date first above
written, and shall continue in effect until the LESSEE’s contract ends. The initial
term of this contract shall be automatically extended if the LESSEE decided to
extend his/her contract, unless notice of termination is given by either party to the
other one (1) month prior to the expiration of the term of the contract or any
existing renewal thereof.

Promissory and Commitment Letter

I,_______________________________, promise to abide all the rules written in the


original lease and addendum contract. If I have committed violations listed below and
not following the rules will result for my eviction in the said property.

 Have seriously damaged the apartment and have not repaired the damage.
 Have been a "nuisance" to other tenants or neighbours. (Examples: You pick
fights with your neighbours, don't let them sleep, or destroy their property, getting
things without any permission from the owner, theft and committing illegal
activities inside the premises)
 Have made the apartment unliveable or unfit to live in.
 Have changed door locks and have refused to give the landlord a duplicate key.
 7 days unpaid or more behind in rent.
