Nandi Pur Power Plant Gujranwala 425-525 MW CCPP (from June 2016 to Present) as a Mechanical
Technician

➢ Volka Food International Multan Bio Gas Plant 10 MW (Plant Operator) (1.5 Year)

Responsibilities:
• Trouble shooting of machinery equipment’s for Routine maintenance and Corrective maintenance.
• Carries out routine Preventive maintenance of Machinery according to schedule, check lists and specific
equipment requirement. This includes changing oil, Greasing, Cleaning Strainers and Filters, Vibration
data monitoring and visual checks of Mechanical Seal for leakage.
• Assist in inspection of equipment for its healthiness.
• Strict adherence to plant Safety protocols and Good housekeeping.
• Responsible for the support of Company Safety/Environment, Quality Policies and Programs.
• Maintain/update the job completion records.
Hands on Experience:
During my experience period I have worked on following machines and equipment’s and gained good level of
skill and knowledge. My experience includes maintenance, Inspection and repairing of all Stationary,
Rotating equipment & machines of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, Balance of Plant including Rotors,
Pumps, Compressor, Gear Box, Fans etc. Detail is given below:

Gas Turbine:
Worked on GE Frame 9E (Mark VIe Control) Gas Turbines of designed capacity of 127.5 MW
Advance Gas Path 2017(Frame PG9171E Gas Turbine by GE)
Removal and Installation of Buckets, Nozzles and Shrouds of (1 st, 2nd, and 3rd stage), Transition
Piece, Linear, Flow Sleeves, Fuel Nozzles, Inner Barrel
Steam Turbine:
Major Inspection 2015 (Model: DONGFANG Steam Turbine Of 190MW)
Removal and Installation of HP&LP Casing, Rotor Stator Blades All Bearings ST
Generator Rotor.
Condenser Inspection.
ST Bye pass valve Replacement.
 Pm & Cm Pumps and Blowers:
LP Feed Water Pump Bearing Inspection ,Replacement and overhauling
Major overhauling of Centrifugal Pump (Single & Multistage, Horizontal & Vertical) and
Positive Displacement pump (Diagram Pump)
Replacement and adjustment of Packing, Float adjustment etc.
Power Transmission:
Induction and Reduction Gear’s and Couplings (Rigid and Flexible).
Valves Gear Box including

Cooling Tower :
Complete Seasonal Maintenance of Cooling Towers including alignment, Fan blade
Inspection Check Tip Clearance and Drift Eliminators inspection and Oil replacement

Heat Exchanger ( Plate Type & Shell & Tube) valves ,Flanges,Strainer,Filter,& etc
Surveillance:
Responsibility to check weekly the health of all plant rotary Equipment’s(Vibration,
Temp: Sound, Oil level and condition, Seal Condition etc.)
