Provide strength based coaching through the use of the Construct Coaching Model in order to assist
Family engagement/ Early Care and Education staff in the successful delivery of classroom/ family
engagement services. Supported the implementation and support for communities of practice which
address the capacity of workforce development of family engagement practices. Selected to launch 2
generation coaching model nationally. Launched and Provided strength based coaching to 8 Family
Support Specialists and 20 childcare teachers.
