Narration: The latest graduates, also called millennials,

are the newest force in the work environment. Baby boomers
and Generation X all anticipate that these millennial
employees have a lot to learn from their bosses who have
been working many years before them.

Narration: In return, the junior employees gain exposure and a

glimpse into the high-level executive world. It changes the assumptions
that seniors should only teach juniors, and allows for a new notion that
juniors should also teach seniors.

Narration: Reverse mentoring is not only for the workplace, but it can
also be used in any relationship. For example, when grandchildren teach
their grandparents how to use current technology, like iPads. This can go a
long way for the elderly, with the ability to FaceTime and access photos that
are shared online, by feeling that they are never too far away from their
loved ones.
