1. The “Smart Utsav Offer” (“Offer”) is provided by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited.

2. The Offer is valid in pan India except where prohibited by law. The Consumer Electronics offers
are not valid for the State of Kerala during the Offer Period.

3. The Offer is valid from 11th September to 22nd October 2017 (both days inclusive) (“Offer
Period”) except for the one’s which have specifically been mentioned in the below clauses.

4. The Offer is applicable on select models of Consumer Electronic products, as detailed in the
Annexures respectively (collectively called as “Products”). The offer shall be applicable on
purchase of the Products from Samsung Exclusive Stores, select Multi Brand Stores, Modern
Trade Stores & leading electronics (hereinafter called as “Outlet”).

5. The offers shall be applicable only on genuine Products of Samsung purchased from authorized
Outlets only. The Offers shall not be applicable on purchases made from third party ecommerce
portals.

6. Samsung reserves the right to extend, annul, modify or replace the offers at any point to time
without giving any prior notice at its sole discretion.

8. Free No gap wall-mount worth Rs 10,000 – Customer will be eligible for this only on purchase of

Terms & Conditions for 6 month Free Art Store Subscription:

 1. This offer is provided by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (hereinafter referred as
"Samsung") wherein a customer purchasing Frame TV will be eligible for a 6 Months Free Art
Subscription (hereinafter referred to as "Offer") and is applicable from 1st September, 2017 to
31st December 2017 (hereinafter referred to as "Offer Period"), unless otherwise further
extended by Samsung or till stock lasts, whichever is earlier.

2. This Offer is applicable Pan India.

3. The Offer shall be valid only on purchase of The Frame TV, relevant models being: 65LS003 and
55LS003 (hereinafter referred to as "Product")

4. The customer will get a coupon code on the purchase of the Product and the said coupon code
shall be redeemable as per the redemption process stated above.

5. The coupon needs to be redeemed on or before 31st March 2018 failing which the same will
expire. The six (06) months free subscription will be available from the date of activation of the
coupon code. Customer can cancel the membership anytime by clicking on "Cancel My
Membership".

6. Samsung reserves the absolute right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer or extend
the Offer Period or cancel or discontinue the Offer or any part thereof without giving any
reasons or prior notice.

7. Offer shall be void, if prohibited by law. In such case, Samsung shall not be liable to provide any
free cash back/gift(s) or compensation to the customer on any account.

8. All logos, trademarks, copyrights belong to Samsung India Electronics Private Limited which is
the licensed user of the logo, trademark and copyrights of Samsung in India.

9. Decision of Samsung in relation to the Offer and matter incidental thereto shall be final and
binding on the customer. Dispute if any respect of the Offer should be sent in writing to
Samsung India Electronics Private Limited, 20th to 24th Floor, Two Horizon Centre, Golf Course
Road, Sector 43, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana, India. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not
constitute a claim against Samsung. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts
("Disputes") arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
located at New Delhi.

10 Years Warranty on “No Screen Burn In” (QLED Models)

This Extended Warranty offer (“Offer”) on No Screen Burn In is being provided by Samsung India
Electronics Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') on purchase of select Samsung
QLED TV models as mentioned below (hereinafter referred to as “Product”). This Offer shall be
applicable on purchase of Product during 1st August to 31st December 2017. The Company warrants to
the purchaser of Product that it carries one (01) Year Standard Warranty and nine (09) Years Extended
Warranty. The said extended warranty is applicable only on “Screen Burn In”. Screen Burn In refers to a
permanent defect in areas of a TV display that can be caused by cumulative effects of displaying the
same screen or scene or image for long periods of time

Terms & Conditions for 10 Years Warranty on “No Screen Burn In”

1. The terms and conditions of this Extended Warranty are supplement and in addition to the
terms and conditions provided on the Standard Warranty Card supplied with the Product.

2. First (1st) Year of warranty is the Standard Manufacturer’s warranty as detailed in the warranty
card which is applicable from the date of invoice. The remaining nine (09) years warranty shall
be applicable from the date of expiry of the standard warranty and shall be applicable only on
Screen Burn In.

3. This Extended Warranty is confined to the first purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the Product only and
is non-transferrable.

4. Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company's Service Centres or its
Authorized Service Centres or it's Dealer's Service Centres only.

5. For the Products installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the Authorized
Service Centre/Company's Service Centre/Authorized Dealer's Service Centre, all the expenses
including but not limited to collection of the Product or part(s) from the Company's Service
Centre/Authorized Service Centre/Authorized Dealer's Service Centre, expenses incurred in
connection with deputing of service personnel/ technicians, travel expenses (to and fro)
incidentals expenses etc. shall be borne by the Purchaser.

6. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part(s) of the Product, this Extended Warranty will
thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the Extended
Warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the
warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the Extended Warranty period.

7. During the period of the Extended Warranty the Company's obligation shall be limited to repair
or providing replacement of part(s) only. The maximum claim(s) if entertained by the Company
will be subject to the maximum listed price of the Panel of the Product or the purchase price of
the Panel part of the Product, whichever is lower.

8. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the Company's
prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the Purchaser to accept as a commercial solution
in lieu of repairs.

9. The Extended Warranty does not cover any accessories external to the Product.
10. Purchaser has to handover one copy of invoice to the engineer during installation/demo. In case
of non-availability of Invoice, extended warranty will not be applicable.

11. Extended warranty is subject to verification of the documents and/or information provided by
the Purchaser and Samsung reserves the right to seek such additional documents and/or
information from the Purchaser as it may deem appropriate.

12. In case the Purchaser wants to cancel the extended warranty before completion of the extended
warranty period, there shall be no refund of the charges for the unexpired period of the
extended warranty

13. The warranty does not apply to normal wear & tear of the parts or defects caused by household
pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects etc.

14. The warranty does not cover the damage or loss caused by accident, lighting, water, fire or
other acts of God, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause
beyond Samsung’s control. In case services are required as a result of the causes stated above,
such services shall be at extra charges.

15. This Extended Warranty will not be applicable in any of the following cases:

i. The Product is not purchased from an authorized dealer of the Company in India.

ii. The Product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual.

iii. Defects caused by improper usage as determined by the Company’s personnel.

iv. Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/ or physical
construction of the Product.

v. Installation/ repair work is carried out by persons/agencies other than authorized by the
Company.

vi. The product is used for commercial purpose.

vii. The conditions of the premises do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of
the Product.

viii. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the Product or its cabinet.

ix. This Extended Warranty does not cover the damages to the Product while in transit to
service centre or Purchaser's residence.

16. This Extended Warranty shall cover only the Panel as a result of Screen / Image Burn In. Any
additional part(s) that may be required to restore the Product to the working condition shall be
on chargeable basis at a price prevailing at the time of repair.
 17. Decision of the Company in relation to the extended warranty and matter incidental thereto
shall be final and binding on the Purchaser. Dispute if any with respect of the same should be
sent in writing to Samsung India Electronics Private Limited, A-25, Ground Floor, Front Tower,
Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi – 110044. The existence of dispute, if any, shall
not constitute a claim against Samsung. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts
(“Disputes”) arising out of the extended warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts located at New Delhi. For any queries/issues related to the Company’s products the
Purchaser can call on the Company’s helpline on Toll Free: 1800407267864.

18. Extended warranty is being offered by the Company in its sole discretion and it reserves the
right to refuse, suspend or withdraw the extended warranty at anytime without prior notice.
The Company disclaims any and all claims and liabilities with respect to this offer. Under no
circumstances shall the Company and/or its affiliates and/or their directors, officers, agents or
employees be held liable for any part of this Extended Warranty offer.

2 years Warranty (1 year standard +1 year extended)

Process to avail Extended Warranty:

1. Installation call for the TV purchased during the offer period i.e. till 22nd October, 2017 shall be
registered latest by 15th November 2017 and installation must complete by 30th November
2017.

2. Customer has to handover one copy of invoice to the engineer during installation/demo. In case
of non availability of Invoice, Warranty extension will not be applicable.

3. One Year extended warranty is applicable from the date of expiry of 1st year warranty i.e. 1+1
year.

4. The 1 year extended warranty is applicable only on Panel failure.

Terms & Conditions for Extended Warranty:

1. The terms and conditions of this Extended Warranty are supplement and in addition to the

2. Under this offer the extended warranty will be valid for the specific models purchased between
the promotion period.

Easy EMI facilities available :

1. 15/0 is available on 101 cm (40") TV Models,

2. 10/0 is available on 80 cm (32") and above TV models,

 3. Flexi EMI is available on 22" and above TV models,

4. 18/4 is available on 80 cm (32") and above TV models

The EMI Facility is provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital (CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and
Capital First at their sole discretion with applicable rates of interest and taxes.

DTH Subscription OFFER

1. The 2 months DTH offer is applicable on all TV models of M5570 and MU6470 Series with , Dish
TV and SunDirect. If customer opts for Airtel Digital TV, the customer is eligible for 1 month free
subscription along with the new connection purchased.

2. Airtel Digital TV and Dish TV offers are applicable PAN India & Sun Direct is applicable only in the
States of Tamilnadu/Andhra Pradesh/Telangana/Karnataka.

5 years Magnetron Warranty (1+4)-

The extended warranty (1+4) will be valid on all Convection models purchased during the Offer Period.
1st Year of warranty is the standard warranty which is applicable from date of invoice. The additional 4
years warranty will be applicable from the date of expiry of the standard warranty and is applicable only
on Magnetron.

Free Borosil Kit

Customer will be eligible for a Free Borosil Kit on purchase of 21L & above Convection Microwave
Ovens. The borosil kit shall be on As Is basis and Samsung disclaims any/ all claims/liabilities associated
with the offer.

Easy EMI

Easy EMI facility of 15/0 is available ONLY on Hot Blast models namely, MC35J8085PT/TL,
MC32K7055QT/TL, MC32K7055CK/TL, MC28M6055CK/TL and is provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital
(CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and Capital First, with applicable rates of interest and taxes, at their
sole discretion.

WASHING MACHINE:

1. Scratch Card offer

1. Scratch card offer is available and is valid on all 7 kg and above Top Load Fully Automatic
Washing Machines & 8kg and above Front Load Fully Automatic Washing Machines.

2. Under the scratch card offer the customer will be eligible for either Rs.200, or Rs.500, or

2. Assured Cash back Offer

 1. This offer is valid only for the State of Tamil Nadu. A customer will be eligible for assured
cash back of Rs. 500/- on purchase of all 7 kg and above Top Load Fully Automatic Washing

3. Easy EMI

AIR CONDITIONER:

Scratch Card Offer for Pan India except the State of Tamil Nadu & Kerala–

1. This offer shall be applicable on purchase of all Samsung 3 star/ 5 star On/Off ACs & all Digital
Inverter Air Conditioners during the Offer Period. A customer shall be eligible to win either a
FREE AC worth Rs 40,000/- or Cash Back or Free Extended Warranty or Free AC Installation or

2. On purchase of the air conditioner the customer shall get one scratch card. Customer shall get
only one scratch card on purchase of one air conditioner.

3. The customer has to scratch the designated scratch area on the Scratch Card to reveal the Free
AC/Cash back/ Free Extended Warranty/Free Installation/Free 2 AC Services, in the presence of
the Dealer or its authorized representative at the Dealer's premises. In case of cash back, the
total amount of cash back that the customer is entitled to, shall be deducted from the invoice
value of the Products at the time of purchase by the customer and the customer needs to
submit the original Scratch Card to the Dealer.

4. In order to avail the offer of Free AC Service, Free Extended Warranty & Free AC Installation, the
scratch card needs to be handed over to the Samsung Authorized Service Engineer. Free
Installation is standard installation & needs to be availed within 15 days of purchase date (as per
invoice date). Two Free AC Services are valid till 30th April, 2019.

5. The Customer, who wins a Free AC, shall be required to submit the original scratch card & copy
of Invoice & PAN Card to the concerned dealer from where he purchased the product. Customer
can redeem the Free AC offer up to value Rs 40,000/-. In case price of AC is used is more than Rs
40,000/-, customer will be required to pay the differential cost to concerned dealer.
 6. The Free AC offer can be availed by customer from that dealer only from where the customer
made the first purchase. All applicable taxes and other statutory levies shall be borne by the
customer and Samsung shall not be liable for the same under any circumstances.

7. Also no cash shall be paid in lieu of gift.

8. The Scratch card for Free AC is valid till 30th November 2017 only and no claim will be
entertained beyond 30th November 2017.

9. In case of any tampering or abuse of the scratch card or invoice, Samsung reserves the right to

AC Installation offer for Tamil Nadu

1. This offer is valid only in the State of Tamil Nadu. The customer shall be eligible for a free
Standard AC Installation on all 3 Star/ 5 Star On/off ACs & all Digital Inverter AC models.

2. The free AC installation can be availed within 15 days from the date of invoice.

3. Free AC installation shall include only standard installation which covers only installation of unit
with standard accessories provided with the split air conditioner. Any equipment / extra
refrigerant pipe, outdoor stand, mason and labour charges etc will be charged extra as per
actual.

4. To avail the offer the customer shall have to hand over the coupon in original to the Samsung
service engineer, failing which he shall not be eligible for this offer.

6. The coupon cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash and is non-transferable under

Terms & Conditions of 1 year Extended Standard Warranty Program

1. Customer will have to call the service centre and register themselves when they want to avail

2. Extended warranty is applicable only when the AC is installed through Samsung Authorized
Service Centre.

3. Service representative will visit their place and customer needs to hand over the original Scratch
Card along with Original Invoice to the SVC engineer.

4. Under this offer Repair, replacement of electrical parts like compressor, motor, sensor, PCB,
Blower, cooling coil, capillary, fan blade and sealed system job, condenser, gas charging is
included.
 5. However, outer cabinet, all plastic parts remote, sheet metal parts, painting, front grill and air
filter not covered.

6. Customer will not be eligible to claim this offer if he has lost the Original scratch Card and
Original Invoice of this Diwali consumer offer. If any document missing out of Invoice. Scratch
card then offer will not be applicable. Both the documents are mandatory

7. The extended warranty is non transferrable or exchangeable with any other product/offer.

1. Samsung reserves the right to change/alter & modify the terms & conditions of this Offer at any
given point at its sole discretion without giving any reason whatsoever.

2. Samsung reserves the right to substitute the gift(s) with gift (s) of equivalent or lesser value
under this Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons. The choice as to the color,
make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s discretion and will not be changed
under any circumstances at the request of the customer.

3. Samsung shall not be liable for any technical, physical delay in transmission or submission of the

any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these Terms shall prevail over all
