is something that every human being must value and treasure,
it’s his health itself. Even though it has been shown that

medical devices found in hospitals to replace thousands of wires
which are connected to these devices. This technology also
provides the reliability in addition to enhanced mobility in the
system. Inaccurate and delayed clinical decisions can lead to
catastrophic results. Even the most technologically advanced
hospitals in many countries have no such automated systems
that predict a disease through processing enormous amount of
clinical data. A quality service implies diagnosing the disease
correctly and treating them effectively. The advances in
networking field by using the wireless sensor have opened up
new opportunities in healthcare systems. [3]
The outcome of this will be better and improved patient care
which will result in less cost and time. [4]

Medical intelligence is created by performing

computational analytics on the clinical big data which will
help in medical prediction or as we can also call it as
medical forecasting which is obtained by the massive
amount of data generated with the help of sensors and other
devices in a healthcare system. This medical intelligence
obtained from the clinical data will help the healthcare
system to patient-centred to avoid much hassles during
treatment. This is also going to help in reducing medical
cost and hospital readmission.
The predictive analysis of the system architecture includes
different phases like predictive analysis, data collection,
data processing and analysing the report. The arrangement
of the system uses the predictive investigation algorithm
during Hadoop or the Map-Reduce process.

lead to severe intestinal blockage. So to prevent this disease
from progressing, early imaging of the small intestine is
required.
Two types of endoscopy used to image the small intestine
are: push enteroscopy (PE) and colonoscopy. The upper
parts of the small intestine, namely the duodenum and
jejunum, are examined by PE, with the endoscope being
inserted through the mouth. While the lower part of the
small intestine, namely the ileum, is often seen during
colonoscopy, after the instrument passes through the
rectum and the colon. The terminology capsule endoscopy
(CE) is used that refers to the use of the mouth-to-anus
(M2A) capsule to image and diagnose conditions associated
with the GI tract. This M2A capsule is 26-mm long, 11-mm
wide, and weighs under 4 g. The capsule is made of a

to stomach acid and powerful digestive enzymes. It is about

The remote diagnoses and monitoring of patients in

Telemedicine is due to the rapid development of wireless
body sensor networks (WBSNs) and wireless
communication.
Here, the idea is to monitor different biological parameters
of a patient with the help of multiple sensors which are
placed on the body surface of the patient or even by
implanted sensors. All these signals are collected by a
receiver via mobile phone or with a PC which can transmit
the recordings to a doctor. Many lives could be saved in
time if patients are monitored and diagnosed, continuously
with good treatment. But the challenge here is the real-time
communication between patients' WBSNs and remote
servers.
Yet after so much efforts, still such solutions are not used
commonly in medical investigations today. Because the
technology is still not that mature enough and there still lies
several constraints that limits the clinical possibilities. [13]
