ABOUT TEAM AND EXPERIENCE

The team at Bhor has over a decade of experience in working with various defence and aerospace projects and has
delivered solutions to complex issues faced by them.

The innovation and technology function is headed by Dr. Milind Khandwe who has over 25 years of experience
in the development of innovative materials and process solutions.

The marketing and sales function is headed by Mr. Akhil Hebbar who has over 10 years of experience in sales
and marketing of high technology composites products. 

Our plant operations are headed by Mr. Amol Patil who brings over a decade of experience composites
manufacturing and production operations.

The team understands every facet of the product development process and is able to deliver time tested
results. It also has to its credit multiple Innovation awards bestowed on it by JEC Group, Paris as follows:
