Dear Sir or Madame,

Please accept this letter as an indication of my sincere interest in the open Operations Manager position at TopGolf. I am a college
freshman at Miami University in Oxford Ohio who has various experiences in leadership and management and I would like to use
those leadership skills to help your company while increasing my own management abilities. I am particularly excited to be
working in the entertainment/guest services sector, as I am a huge proponent of entertainment as a way for people to escape the
hardships of daily life and connect with those around them. I have worked both as a server and swim coach, and I am excited to
use the lessons I have learned in event creation and customer experience to make the TopGolf experience even better that it
already is.

Throughout my career I have shown great initiative. Last summer, I went and asked for the Assistant Manager job at my pool
because I wanted more responsibility and the ability to positively impact the pool and the work environment. As Assistant
Manager at the pool, I was recognized by the swim board and pool management company as the most capable Asst. Manager; my
visible leadership role to the community set a good example for the other guards, garnering community feedback, and
implementing new ideas.

In all that I do, I demonstrate a strong work ethic and extreme dedication. My ability to balance a club/varsity sport while carrying
lead roles in the children’s play, improv troupe, and musical - as well as a heavy course load – requires being very dedicated with
my time and making sure to leverage all of my resources. During the summer, I was able to balance summer classes, two jobs –
swim coach and asst manager at the pool while still receiving strongly positive recommendations for those roles from all of my
supervisors.

I have always excelled in leadership positions where I have been able to lead a group to a collective goal. As president of Drama
Club, I implemented the Locker Magnet program to recognize people who had achieved a role in any Neuqua show, as well as
directing the Drama Club in designing and running a Game Show fundraiser last year. Through my work, I was able to turn the
Drama Club into a community that actually accomplished set goals, rather than a monthly get-together without much purpose. I
have worked through PAC to offer the student perspective and offer advice to the Departments Chairs and Assistant Principals at
Neuqua. Through my work as a Mawi Leader, I work to inspire others to become responsible for their own projects and push their
turbo buttons to get stuff done. I see a good fit between your company’s need and my available skill set.
