STEP 1-INTRODUCTION

Introversion is where a particular individual is more centered on

internal aspects, such as thoughts, feelings and moods rather than seeking

attention. It is also identified in one’s mental life. In an educational setting,

introverts are marked as students who always exclude themselves from their

classmates, or even from the whole class, they are also known for being

independent and which preferences is to do the school task alone. Generally,

there are the students who are identified as different from the others because

of their unique characteristics.

This research is centered on introversion, particularly the researchers

seek to examine the pros and cons of being an introvert, that includes the

strengths and weaknesses and how well introverts perform inside the

educational setting compared to extroverts.

In California (2014), a particular teacher who is a teacher in different

public schools tends to visit a lot of educational environments observed that

the entire 26 teachers that he had observed, four of the teachers arrange

students in groups or in pairs. Such as in formations aren’t necessarily

irreconcilable with the needs of introverts, but these arrangements can

inherently enable noises and distracting condition that will hinder the learning

of some introvert students, particularly it will implicate some gaps and

difficulty.
In the Philippines (2015), a researcher, Philips tend to identify the factors

that contributes to introversion and its influence to academic performance to

students. Philips viewed introversion in the Philippines as the often ignored

problem inside the classroom due to lack of knowledge about the particular

topic.

In Tagum City (2015), in St. Mary’s College of Tagum encountered

introverts who tend to be quiet which makes the class participation for them

hard. The teacher made action to this through the use of index cards which is

believe to cater the equal needs of introverts along with the other students.

Research Questions

The primary purpose of this study is to identify the strength and

weaknesses of an introvert student base on their performance inside the

classroom of St. Mary’s College of Tagum Inc.

It specifically sought to answer the following questions:

1. How can a teacher identify an introvert student?

2. What are the ways for a teacher to cater the needs of an introvert student?

3. What are the ways so that introverts can cope up in class?

STEP 2-REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE

According to Jung (1923) introversion and extroversion are personality

traits and styles which is present inside the opposite poles. He thought that

individuals are subject to global, stable and enduring tendency toward

extraverted or an introverted personality lifestyle. In conclusion, Jung

described introversion as apperception and perspective toward inner self and

experience, and any things which is considered as a correlation to self, and as

a tendency toward introspective inner cognitive thoughts.

Heljum (1982) Inferred that introversion is probable to be a difficult

personality and lifestyle for students. It has been proposed that introversion in

a classroom setting, particularly to students is perceive as a maladaptive

behavioral pattern, rather than as a common or normal personality trait. He

also inferred that students who are introverted are pressured to conform to an

outgoing, participative and socially "typical" life style. Heljum also claimed that

many positive traits have been aligned with introverts, particularly as

individuals who is viewed by others as a socially awkward and has the lacking

the sociability sense in society, and thus introverts may be doubtful in their

actions.

Eysenck (1969) Claimed that introversion as an attitudinal and behavior

response to physiological processes. This theory claimed that introverts

commonly encountered higher level of cortical arousal than other students.

Eysenck suggest that humans function optimally at an average level of arousal.

Introverts also longs for a decrease in external situation, such as society

itself, which others seek to increase and they are fond in. Which is why

introverts prefer to be quiet, and individual who organize experiences.

In some perspective, introverts have been characterized as a

preoccupied individual who is centered within their inner selves, particularly

to ideas and emotions (Cattel, 1969); having tendency to exclude their selves to

society (Good, 1959) and shy and self-focused, and often describe as quiet,

retiring, introspective, serious, studious, resewed, passive and pessimistic in a

sense.

(Eysenck 1975). Further, they explained that individual who is

introverted tend to have a few attachment, particularly intimate friendships.

They are also identified as individual who have a well-structured life style, who

plans ahead and who has a deep patience and temper.

According to (Zack, 2010) There are wide wholesome behavioral

patterns but these cannot be use as a mean to identify an individual. He labeled

that introverts as an individual who is concerned within inner self, draws

energy from self and loves in a an environment which has few people for

various reasons, Such as concentration and in order to have deeper

introspective to thoughts and ideas. Introverts are also individual whose

primary attention is focused to a one thing, which can be inferred that an

introvert prefers to a one- on-one conversation rather than a crowd or group

discussion.
Rauch (2003) claimed that introverts are individual who tend to think

first before talking other than some students, which thinks while talking.

Introverts sums all their ideas before going in to the actual conversation to

make sure that everything is in place and to avoid major confusion about a

particular matter.
STEP 3- PRESENTATION OF DATA

This chapter bodies the scope and limitation and the data gathering
process of this action research about introverts.
Scope and Delimitation

The study limits only to the students of Bachelor of Science in Secondary

Education year Students, Inc. SY. 2015-2016. The study bodies several of

procedures which first, the attention of the second-year students are required

in order to identify the introverts. Then second, the identified students will

become the primary subject of the study.

Data Gathering Procedure

The researcher has done the following step in gathering the data of this study:

1. Asked permission to S. Maria Francisca Manibo, Rvm. Basic Education

Principal to conduct a class observation and a survey in different grade

level class.

The researchers made a three set of questionnaires. Part l is dealt with

questions that focused on identifying whether the students are introvert or in

the other way around. And the second set is an interview which dealt with

gaining further details about the students who claimed that they are introvert.

And the third set is also an interview to identify whether being an introvert is

a challenge or strength.

2. The questionnaires were distributed by the researchers to the Junior

High School students of St. Mary's College Of Tagum Inc., during their

free time.
3. The students had given enough time to answer the questions and

the researchers were gathered the test questioners right away after the

students are finished answering.

Presentation of Data

Out of 21 students, 10 students answered with 8-9 yes, which we decided

that a typical introvert is associated with 8 characteristics which is aligned with

our questionnaire and we the aid of it, we identified our subject for interviews.

After they finished answering the questionnaires we selected the students

who answered with 8-9 yes. After we selected those, we begin the one-on-one

interview. By this time the questions are more direct and serious, since these

are the identified students who possess the identified trait of being an introvert.

1. Do you consider yourself as an introvert?

2. How well are you in class? Such as group activities and socialization.

3. Do you find difficulty in doing task with your classmate?

4. How often do you hang-out with your friends?

5. Does being shy hinder you in school?

6. Does being alone gives you enough time to concentrate?

Number 1: Questions reasons for Yes (collate all common and unique

response):

1. Yes, because all my life I only depend and trust myself

2. Yes, I tend to space out or in some cases; I tend to be out of place.

Number 2: How well are you in class?

1. I am good but I always prefer to socialize and mingle with them to build

friendship

2. I tend to communicate with others but there are times that did not

participate in class.

3. In class, I do socialize with friends but in terms of having presentation

and reporting. I want to go away from the crowd.

4. Upon having group activities, I will just wait their instructions and

orders.

5. I just tend to receive orders from our leader and good socialization is

being applied but sometimes I don't want to join their group because I

don't feel it.

6. I'm not really performing in class because I feel like my ideas are wrong.

I have the difficulties in standing, facing the crowd and speak effectively

because I can't express my thoughts and ideas.

7. In group activities, if I know that they are knowledgeable enough in that

field I will consider myself as a member but usually do not cooperate.

8. In class, I prefer to follow orders than giving orders.

9. I engage myself in socializing with other people but during class

discussion I am in favor of just sitting down and listen than participating

because I don't have a full confidence in facing my classmates and I'm

shy to share my ideas to them.

10. I perform in class well in written outputs than oral recitation and group

activities.
Number 3: Questions reasons for Yes (collate all common and unique

response):

1. Yes, because I'm always hesitate to be with them.

2. Yes, I feel like I'm not belong to their group.

3. Yes, but it depends on what task we are doing or practicing.

4. Yes, most probably those people I'm not comfortable to being with.

5. Yes, because there are some who will not participate and as an irregular

student, it's hard for me to cope up and adjust things such as activities

and schedules.

Number 4: How often do you hang-out with your friends? (collate all common

and unique response):

1. Sometimes

2. Everyday

3. Once a week

4. Always if there's time

Number 5: How does being shy hinder you in school? (collate all common and

unique response):

1. It affects me in oral recitation

Number 6: Questions reasons for Yes (collate all common and unique

response):

1. Yes

The third acquisition of data was done through interview.

The third method was used to identify the answer of the introverted

students whether being an introvert is a challenge or strength to them. Below

are the answers given by the respondents.

To the students who claim that introversion is a challenge, they are

asked by the following question: What certain difficulties do you think is

associated with introverts? Do you find it difficult?

Being introvert is a challenge for me and the difficulties of being

introvert is standing and facing the crowd and when frying to speak well but

you can't especially if you're a new student. I find it difficult because I can't

freely express my thoughts.

Being an introvert is a challenge, it's because they can prove to

themselves that they can do certain thing by their own. Even if it is a challenge

for me, it might have the difficulty to mingle or be with others. Yes, I find it

difficult.

Yes, it's a challenge for me. I find it difficult when in oral recitation,

group activities, facing the crowd, presentation and I tend to follow orders and

do task alone.

Challenge. Kay diha man ma prove na kaya nila nga inusra. I think mag lisod

ug mingle with others lisod pud mag adjust sa laing tao, unya siguro maglisod pud ug

salig.

Yes, I find it difficult, Challenge. The certain difficulties is associated by

introverts is being on stage or having a report.

Challenge. Such as in oral recitation and I find it difficult Challenge. In

cases nga pag mag oral recitation ug kanang mag group activities.

Yes, I find it difficult pud.

Below are the students who claimed that introversion is strength to them. 3 out

of 10 claimed that for them, it is a challenge.

Strength Siya para sa ako kay usahay, ma challenge ko nga maningkamot ugako

ako ra para dili ko ma anad mag salig.

Strength. In my own experience, with things such as in doing project, I

can do it better alone rather than being in a group because if some cases, group

activities turned out to be an individual activity. Members tend to get

dependent

Strength in a way nga maka tarung mi pag kami lang, dili pareha sa uban nga

mag salig lang ug in some cases, dili pud mi mahimog dependent.

STEP 4- RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Based from data that we gathered through our questionnaires from 2,

we present the following findings in identifying the introverted students inside

the classroom.

In the Basic Education Department of Junior High School of school year

2018-2019 we selected 21 students as subject in identifying introverts. First we

gathered the demographic profile which indicates the sex, age, year level.

Furthermore, in terms of their age a total of 100% is a result to the range 15 up

to 16 years old. Moreover, 85.71% of the total respondents are girls and 14.29%

are boys. In addition, 100% of the population is all second year students in Basic

Education Department of Junior High School .

Out of 21 students, 10 students answered with 8-9 yes, which we decided

that a typical introvert is associated with 8 characteristics which is aligned with

our questionnaire and we the aid of it, we identified our subject for interviews.

After they finished answering the questionnaires we selected the students who

answered with 8-9 yes. After we selected those, we begin the one-on-one

interview. By this time the questions are more direct and serious, since these

are identified Students who possess the identified trait of being an introvert.

Out of the interview, we had identified the frequent difficulties they had

encountered.

The third data, which pertains whether introversion is a challenge or a

strength was attained through an interview. 7 out of 3 students identified

introversion as a challenge. Which they claimed the certain difficulties that they

had encountered such as:

Being introvert is a challenge for me and the difficulties of being introvert is

standing and facing the crowd and when trying to speak well but you can't especially

if you're a new student. I find it difficult because I can't freely express my thoughts.

Being an introvert is a challenge, it's because they can prove to themselves that

they can do certain thing by their Own. Even if it is a challenge for me, it might hazy

the difficulty to mingle or be with others. Yes, I find it difficult.

Yes, it's a challenge for me. I find it difficult when in oral recitation, group

activities, facing the crowd, presentation and I tend to follow orders and do task alone.

Yes, I find it dificult. Challenge. The certain difficulties is associated by

introverts is lying on stage or having a report. Yes, I find it difficult.

Challenge. Such as in oral recitation and I find it difficult in cases nga pag mag

oral recitation ug kanang mag group activities. Yes, I find it difficult pud.

3 remaining students who claimed

ako ra dili ko ma anad mag salig para

Strength. In my own exprience, with things such as in doing project, I can do

it better alone rather than being in a group because if some Cases, group activities

turned out to be an individual activity. Members tend to get dependent.

Strength in a way nga maka tarung mi pag kami lang, dili pareha Sa uban nga

mag *Ilig lang ug in some cases, dili pud mi mahimog dependent.

Observations

Throughout the span of observation, we observed that in the classroom

setting, there are learners that are active and lively inside the class, such as in

participation and oral recitation and there are also who are passive and quite

who tends to conceal their presence inside the classroom. The activities given

by the teacher had neglected the displayed characteristics of the students who

are passive and quite, these students as we identified as introverts. Though in

terms of individual participation or written test, these students who are

associated with Introversion tend to have greater scores rather than in

performance in oral though inside educational setting, students who are

shining and who always gets the attention of the teacher is the active and

participative rather than the students who tend to be quite at all times.

We highly observed inside the classroom that students who are

introverts has own strengths and weaknesses in terms of performances inside

the classroom. A peculiar solution or treatment which will balance the skill

between introverts and the other students must be implemented.

Analyses

In this action research, the questions in the Chapter 1 will be answered

accordingly. The following are the questions and its corresponding answers:

1. How can a teacher identify an introvert student?

The teacher can identify an introvert student through:

Observation. The teacher should be able to identify an introvert student

through observing. A typical introverted student can be easily spotted they

tend to be noticeable not in a presentable manner but in the opposite. Students

who are introverted are usually the quiet, alone and distance self from the

crowd. Introverted students are also students who prefer doing activity alone

rather than in group because they find it hard and distracting due to the noises

it brings.

Getting the attention. Calling the attention of the student to confirm and

to further assess if the student is really associated with introversion.

2. What are the ways for a teacher to cater the needs of an introvert

student?

A teacher can cater the need of an introvert student through:

Consideration of the learning style. If every student has its own preferred

learning style, how much more on introvert student. An introvert can

assimilate better learning if learning is done according to their favor, either they

are a visual learner, an auditory learner or a kinesthetic learner. It is also good

to consider the field of specialty of an introvert study, such as the consideration

of the aspect of the multiple intelligence.

Create a quiet zone. This Will allow introvert to focus more in the particular

matter which he is currently doing, such an in classroom setting, an introvert

can do better if the classroom is quiet and on the state where they prefer it to

be.
Encourage interest. A common typical labeling to introverts is that they are

quiet but this is only a matter which is assimilated to stereotyping. An introvert

student will take the opportunity if their interests is in the class, and their

participation will increased.

Understanding. Understanding is the typical key of a better relationship,

particularly to student-teacher interaction. Understanding the needs of an

introvert is one step of helping them.

3. What are the ways so that introverts can cope up in class?

Here are some activities that the students can do:

Engage in small, controlled and thorough discussion. Introverted students

generally avoid being the center of the attention inside the classroom;

particularly they are the Students who can't stand out inside the class. So for

the introverts, they should give in or they should be given chance to go inside

the group for them to be prepared and to give them a mindset what was like to

be in the group.

Develop small talents and skills. It is one of the way to caught the attention of

every students, particularly to introverted students, their interest should be

something to look up to, specifically, students as they are they should give in

to their talents and skills, so in that way their motivation and confidence will

be developed through the aid of their talents and skills.

Create flow between social and reflective activities. Through the aid of this,

they will be given chance to step out of their comfort zones. Introverted
students prefers to have an organize flow and some reflective activities that

they can relate to.

REFLECTIONS

Behavior and attitude are two main factors which influence learning.

Most of the neglected behaviors are the ones that the teacher things that it's a

positive without further inference whether the thing is truly positive or the

opposite. There are too many nuances to mark or label one, but at least, a

teacher should be able to notice and perceive the behavior of a particular

student, such as shyness, anti-social and even anxiety which is in fact, the main

factor which contributes to introversion. Understanding what introversion

helps a teacher expands perspective towards the unusual attitudes displayed

by the students.

During the course of observation which I had been exposed to different

perspective, particularly to views of introversion. I inferred that introversion is

something that a teacher should look to or give its concern to because

introversion can lead to diverse odds, particularly to coping up inside the

classroom setting, in both academic and communicative purposes, which I

believe that it is influential, particularly to a domino effect because if a student

is associated with introversion, I can deliberately identify that problems may

follow, such as low academic performance due to shyness and doubt.

Students themselves are subject to introversion, either by choice or it is

acquired unconsciously without their knowledge. Introversion is somehow,

balance and equal opportunities to students in a sense which students

themselves claimed. One of the positive sides of introversion is, it gives them a

deep insight about their selves and also, an introspective about how to react on

a particular matter. Some introverts that I had encountered claimed that they

performed better and can study better without the assistance of others, though

they may be often left out inside the classroom and even, perceive as weird by

some students. The opposite side is, introversion also becomes a hinder in

learning. It drags students down in a sense when they are manifested by

pessimistic views such as low self-stem and trust to their selves. Such

characteristics are inferred as one of the absolute matter that affects the learning

of a particular student.

To sum it up, introversion is something that a teacher should deal with.

It is no joke or just an act of getting attention from the others, rather a problem

which a student faced alone without further guidance or concrete matter that

they are in. Though introversion contributes to learning but it also hinders

learning itself.

A person that turns their thoughts inward and a person that recharges

with introspection this are some traits of an introvert person. Introverts are that

who are likely to be alone and does not love to mingle with other people.

These are the people who are good in writing than speaking. More so,

they can their thoughts and ideas in other fields.

As we gathered information's, we had seen a lot of insights about being

an introvert. In here, I observe many things such as, thinking a lot but does not

say much, prefer to be alone than to converse to Someone, consider that being
silent is the most powerful factor in their lives since they don't trust anyone

rather themselves, and independent persons. Probably, they are observing

more than speaking. Teachers need to assess this kind Of Students and pinpoint

those reasons why they come up on that stage. It also necessary as a teacher to

know you're students well most especially their family background and

problems.

Students have its own differences, in terms of attitudes, behavior,

learning styles and many others. In performing in class, some students who are

participating and are not, some are good in speaking and some are excel in

writing than speaking. These students who are not well cooperative and not

fond of socializing are the introverts.

Introverts are has a low self-esteem or lack of confidence in which it

affects in learning. It really affects both academic and develops a poor rapport

with other people. Most probably, students who are introvert are acclaiming

that even they are introvert they also communicate to those people they are

comfortable with. Mostly, they performed through writing because they can

express their ideas, thoughts and feelings on it and easily grasp while listening.

Thus, being an introvert is a hindrance in learning but there's compensation on

it, but depends on a person on how they handle things in their life. Teachers

also are accountable with their students. This is why introvert is a challenge or

strength.

Introversion is a type of personality, which is both innate and acquired

attitude. As we did our observations, we can really observe that many of the
students are extrovert and few are an introvert. Introvert people are obviously

those who are not a get-out-clause. They tend not to participate in class, they

just sitting alone not socializing with the other classmates. They create their

own world. However, it is unhelpful to write report comments such as "she/he

needs to participate more" or "she/he is too quiet in class". It will surely creates

anxiety in young people who became increasingly unhappy and frustrated

with who they are. As Cain writes, "Don't think of introversion as something

that needs to be cured". Nevertheless, some introverts students just need an

encouragement with speaking up and supporting them in everything they do.

Celebrate their deep interest, in time, these might become genuine

talents. That's what teachers do for them to improve.

The world we live in relies on the harmony between the loud and the

quiet. Both are important. We need those who reflect and think, along with

those who act and speak. Although most fall somewhere in the middle, it is

easy to forget the needs of our quieter students.

It's very nice to live in this world, I admit that. In 19 years of existing I'd

experience joy, happiness, failure, sadness and to love or being loved. In school

I experienced to mingle others and gain new friends. In this study, I realized

that not all children experiencing the same moment like mine. The term

"introvert/ introversion" really gained my attention and interest to really study

more about this and to know this. Along with the research I learned a lot. As

I'm at the middle of the research I reflect and amazed especially in the part that

I together With my group mates survey the characteristics of introverts. Simply,

I was amazed because I discovered that introverts tend to be alone, doing the

task solo and getting tired when they are in crowd but in terms of thinking and

deepening the idea of that particular subject they are good at it. I did also

learned that we should not underestimate them because a lot of time that I as a

Filipino we somehow look down those people who are not getting along with

us or having fun with us, and I consider them alien but who would've thought

that surprisingly there are big names in our generation now that are successful

and well known and they are considered their selves as an introverts. Simply

wow!

Introverts are unique in their own way. And by this study, I also realized

the big role of the teacher in the Classroom. The teacher plays a vital part with

this because sometimes a teacher will reprimand those students that are not

listening and doesn't even speak and participate in the class discussion. By this

I come up with the idea that the teacher must have a deep knowledge about

this case. The Department of Education (DepEd) should implement Seminars

and forums tackling about handling introversion. Because it is the part of the

teacher to treasure the hidden potentials of introverts. They have something

inside that need to be express and discover. Who knows? One of them is the

one who can change our society. Let’s live in this society with peace and

harmony reign. Let's not judge them instead let’s implement respect and love

so that we can reach the success we dream yesterday.

I've always been interested in personality dynamics, or the way we

interact with others, our environment, and even ourselves. The term "introvert"
can be misunderstood to mean antisocial. But while some introverts are very

shy and actively avoid people, that’s not necessarily the case at all. As we

observed, introvert is a person who restored and recharged by time alone. They

tend to work their task or activities by their-selves. It is very advantage for them

because they can learn more by themselves without depending on others. It is

also a challenge because when it comes to activity or group task they cannot

interact well and handle the situation properly. In this case, teacher has the

major role to play in order for the learner to improve their personality in facing

the crowd. The teacher must engage his/her students in participating or being

active in the classroom. The teacher must develop the confidence of the learner

so that the students can interconnect with other and most especially to the

society. Teachers must also focus their attention to the students who are

introvert to be able to monitor the student's improvement. Introvert persons

have their own unique capabilities in their own way. They can also prove that

they can excel in class particularly in group activities and tasks by their

capabilities.
CONCLUSION

In this action research, the researcher tend to identify the pros and cons

of being an introvert which later will be identified if being an introvert is an

advantage to a student or a disadvantage. We all know that students differ from

one another, particularly their personality which may alter their behavior

towards learning which is believe that it can contribute to their performance

inside the classroom, whether in a positive or negative Way. One of the most

common conceives behavior of a student which is often neglected by the

teacher is called introversion. Which we concluded that introversion itself is a

challenge to student in a way that a teacher should handle it with extreme

measures and understanding with the aid of patience. An educator who

ignores this problem or see it as a normal circumstance may often put the

student at risked particularly, on how they are perceive by the other students.

It is crucial for a teacher to be genuinely knowledgeable in this matter for a

teacher to become effective in many circumstances that may come and in order

to handle the different scenarios which is aligned to introversion.

The labeling of being different inside the class is truly present,

particularly to aspect of being an introvert which may bring odds to students'

life that will give to students various circumstance that may mold or drag the

student.

Aside from the point of view of the teacher, student's own perception

about the problem must be look up to, particularly because they are also the

one who will solve the problem that they encounter. Introverted students can
only escape the black hole they are in when they face it their selves. That is

where the part of the teacher comes in, they will serve as the students' guidance.

Based on the gathered data and the assimilated knowledge throughout

the span of observation, I came up with a recommendation to the teachers who

are handling introverted students who found introversion as a challenge which

requires the extend support and guidance of the teacher. But first the teacher

must first be able to identify introvert students and it can be done in various

Ways. It can be done in observation, which the teacher needs to observe

accurately because there are characteristics of introvert which are also present

to a typical student, Such as Shyness. Identifying introverts can be best done in

an one-on-one interview which promotes the clarification of the associated

traits that had been observed by the teacher.

The teacher can also cater the needs of students through the

consideration of their flaws which can be done in providing a harmonious

environment to both the students and the introverted ones. Further, to cater the

needs of the introverted students, it is very important to understand students,

because with understanding, a teacher can reflect and can have a deep insight

why a particular student is acting that way.

The teacher should never neglect students, especially when students are

being shy or less participative than the others because when the students really

does, then an extent of understanding is needed.

In addition, inside the classroom, introverts are usually left with two

choices, either they pretend to interact and join the class even though they are
doubtful of their action or sit down, be quite and never participate. So, the best

thing to do to escape out of the shell is the same with any Other fear, which is

to stand up and face the fear itself—and that means, participating in the class

and start facing the challenges. Introvert learners need time to think and

instructors must give them time to contribute. In group work settings, introvert

learners should be given the possibility to work on their own. This will not only

help them to do tasks at their own pace, but also to feel appreciated and valued

in class for their contributions.

Here are some activities that the students can do:

Engage in small, controlled and thorough discussion. Introverted

students generally avoid being the center of the attention inside the classroom;

particularly they are the students who can't stand out inside the class. So for

the introverts, they should give in or they should be given chance to go inside

the group for them to be prepared and to give them a mindset what it’s like to

be in the group. Develop small talents and skills. It is one of the way to caught

the attention of every students, particularly to introverted students, their
