The music video is an attempt to represent and explore concepts of the hidden beauty within

nature and by extension, life. To portray this the music video with feature a closer look at
societies surroundings, the type of things most people would miss on an everyday basis. The
video blends both natural and man-made constructs, both in isolation from one another, and
simultaneously existing side by side.

The music video will take the viewer across Muscat, Oman, portraying the hidden beauty within
it. The same clip will be used at the beginning of the music video and the end. The final clip of
the music video will be reversed to create an atmosphere of continuity. Clips will be used in this
way to symbolise the cycle of life and death; the music video could replay again and again in a
loop of hidden beauty, similar to the repetition of life. the music video will feel like a journey the
viewer is able to follow, this will be done by making each clip relate and link to the one before it.
Throughout the music video a variety of camera shots and angles will be used, these include
but are not limited to: vertical and horizontal panning shots, pull-focuses, tracking shots and
extreme close-ups.

The music video’s target demographic consists of roughly 60% women and 40% men aged
aged from 17 and upwards. The target demographic falls under the social classes of A, B, C1
and C2. Making the music video with the target demographic in mind ensures it is viewed as
appealing by this demographic which would in-turn increase viewership and potential profit.

The music video will be funded by MDTRecords, who will provide a budget of £400,000 which
will be put towards renting equipment, a filming crew, an editing crew and the distribution of the
music video once it has been made. Examples of how the music video will be distributed include
but are not limited to: websites such as YouTube, Radio, Twitter and Facebook. Equipment that
will be used include: a Sony 7S ii Mirrorless Camera, a Sony E PZ 18-105mm f/4.0 G OSS
Power Zoom Lens, a Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 Image Stabilized USM SLR Lens, Dji Ronin-
M Gimbal and a SansDisk Ultra 64GB. The music video will be edited on the program Adobe
Premiere Pro. The budget will also be put towards a band and the instruments.
