04/03/2019:- Quiz and Goals

Quiz on the topics which had covered in last week and I learnt from these the
way of learning not from reading the book we need to face the outside real world field work.
That can makes more learning.

Goals of us Like what we have immediate goal. Short goal, long goal.

In these my immediate goal is to learn the field work and best performance in SIP and learn
how to sell the policy in easy way.

And Short goal is to become a good employee and gaining the upcoming knowledge in
marketing and to work in a multinational company.

And my long goal is starting my own startup company.

05/03/2019:- Meeting with branch manager, Explanation of his life journey

On that day branch manager of Aditya Birla sunlife insurance (Mr.Srini UL) had
a meeting with us and how was his journey from his birth to now this made to learn from him
more points that he was retired he again start studying around he made 18 certified courses on
finance and now he was the branch manager of our branch as well as coordinator of south
indian Aditya Birla capital Groups.

And he explains what he faces more critical paths in his life and explaining
about how we make the customer in a easy methods and tell me some tips to reach my long
term goals. It was more helpful for me in an easy way that can make me in a high level.

06/03/2019:- Bonds and its types and explanation of insurance calculation

We learnt how many bonds are there in insurance companies and there are

1. Government securities

2. Corporate debt
And we learnt about how the calculation will done in the insurance policy that
how much interest that will come and how much lump sum amount will be added these are
made through the insurance calculations how much present value will comes the future value.

07/03/2019:-Sales techniques and its types and explanation of systematic investment


plan

There are some sales techniques that made to make easy customer there are

1. Relationship

2. Add the word because

3. Rejection/Retreat

4. Reciprocity

5. Celebrity association

6. Story telling

And explaining how to invest the money in mutual funds in a systematic plan.

08/03/2019:-Leverages, Income shield, Wealth aspire

Introduction of leverages and the main thing the business person will have
leverages like other people mind in time, skill, money.

Explaining about the income shield plan that can easily useful for the IT
employees and seen, that lump sum+ Monthly income will come to the nominee when the
applicant expires.

And explanation about the wealth aspire that in these mutual funds attached with
insurance in these there are two types in one there will give money based on the market and
in other one they will give fixed fund if the market will be in loss.
