Using Rain
Go outside into the rain. Allow it to fall on you. Close your eyes and breathe
deeply. Visualize the rain drops hitting you and that as they slip down your body
they take your negative energy with them. Watch as your negative energy rises
from beneath your skin and be taken away to fall onto the earth.
Using incense
Go outside and sit down. Meditate a slightly if you wish, but make sure to relax.
Once relaxed close your eyes. See and feel your negative energy go from your
body into the body of the earth. Don’t forget to thank the earth once you are done.
