Motivation:
Ask: Are your parents giving you daily allowance? How much is it? Is it enough for your
daily needs in school? How will you manage your allowance given?

Here is a short definition of budget:
One of the most effective ways to handle money wisely is to budget. A budget is a list
of items that one plans to spend in a given time, given income, or amount. It is not
only plan for spending; it is also a plan for saving. Some say, a budget is spending for
the future. This include savings and investments intended for the future of the children
or the family in general.
