INGREDIENTES
4 tazas de arroz
1 taza de chicharos
1 zanahoria picada
1 taza de elote desgranado
1 cebolla picada
2 cucharadas de ajo molido
4 tazas de agua
4 cdas de aceite
Sal, pimienta y comindo al gusto
Instrucciones
1. Freír en una olla con aceite bien caliente: la cebolla, el ajo, la
pimienta, el comino y sal al gusto.
2. Agregar los chicharos, la zanahoria y los elotes desgranados.
3. Dorar por unos minutos e incluir el agua. Comprobar la sazón y tapar.
4. En el momento que hierva, incorporar el arroz lavado y escurrido.
Remover y tapar.
5. Cuando empiece a hervir, remover, bajar el fuego, tapar y guisar
hasta que el arroz se cocine.

1. Fry in a pot with hot oil: onion, garlic, pepper, cumin and taste.
2. Add the pea, the carrot and the corn husks.
3. Brown for a few minutes and include water. Check the seasoning and
cover.
4. At the time it boils, add the washed and drained rice. Remove and cover.
5. When it begins to boil, stir, lower the heat, cover and cook until the
rice is cooked.

1. To make the skewers of meat and vegetables, the meat should be
diced into cubes of approximately four centimeters.
2. After this, put the meat inside a bowl and add the seasoning along
with the olive oil and a little salt.
3. Then mix a little and let stand for at least three hours, so that the
meat is impregnated with the ingredients.
4. Meanwhile, cut all the vegetables into pieces of similar size to
those that were made with the meat.
5. Once all the ingredients are prepared, they should be inserted into
the skewers.
6. To do it correctly, alternate the layers between pieces of meat and
vegetables, ending with a cherry tomato on the tip.
7. After all have been prepared, put some olive oil on a plate and
warms.
8. When the iron is completely hot you can start to place the skewers
of meat and vegetables on it.
9. These skewers should be left to cook for about six minutes on each
side.
10. As they brown, add a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste.
11. Once cooked to perfection on each side, you can start serving
while they are still hot.
