Dear Shyam,
 
This email is an approval of your request for Return Material Authorization (RMA)
#RX1993561 for your Memory Card microSD/SDHC/SDXC Standard 16GB .
 
Please note that all devices replaced using the below process will be NEW and may not be
in retail packaging.
 
NOTE: If a local depot is assigned for your RMA, please ONLY visit your local depot
following the instructions below for your RMA replacement. Otherwise, you are
responsible for any expenses you may incur in delivering your defective product to our
Mumbai courier depot. We will ship the replacement product at no cost to you. We are
NOT obligated to replace products under warranty that have not been returned, therefore,
to ensure the safe arrival of your shipment please follow these instructions.
 
•  Please visit our nearest center to get your warranty replacement over the counter.
•  Please make sure you have your RMA Number with you before you visit our center.
•  Please print this approval email (this page only) and present at the reception of our
center for the proof of the replacement OR present the SMS sent to you by our RMA
department.
•  Please DO NOT give any accessories like headphones, cables, plastic cases, adapters,
Cap etc.
•  Our centers are open from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM till 5:30 PM.
•  RMA will not be processed till 12:00 PM on 1st working day of every month as center
will remain closed due to inventory audit.
•  The product offered to you is based on current stock availability. You may be getting
the same or an equivalent model based on inventory available at the time of
replacement.
•  DEFECTIVE product will be tested at the center and will be returned if it will be in
working condition.
•  Refurbished, physically damaged or non-authentic products are not covered by
SanDisk® warranty.

functional. We request you to please provide your complete address ( with house number, ward number, near
landmark and area pin code) so that we can process the replacement of your memory card.

Dear sir,

Hope you are doing well !!!

My phone number is 8129136941. My phone is Motorola Moto 3g. It is recognizing it's presence, but error is
shown while trying to accept it. Yes it has accepted another micro SD card and was found working. The
laptop computer couldn't format it. Error message is shown. It was used as internal storage. Other than app
data, the retrieval of other information is appreciated.

Dear Shyam,
 
I understand that your memory card is not working. I really apologize for the inconvenience cause to you. There can
be various reasons which may have caused the issue you are experiencing and we will provide you the warranty for
it if found that it is no more functional after troubleshooting. We will share the address of the replacement center
and the replacement procedure but before that please provide the following information so that we can isolate the
issue and assist you in a better way:

- Your Phone Number?


- Is the Memory card not being recognized at all or do you get any error message?
- What is the make and model of the device where you are using this memory card? (Ex: If phone Nokia 6233 etc)
- Have you tried any other Memory card on the same device? If yes, what is the capacity of that Memory card? Is it
working?
- Have you checked the Memory card on any other device or a computer? Is it working there?
- Have you tried formatting on computer? If yes, then what is the exact error you are getting while formatting?
- Do you have any important data that you would like to recover?

PHOTOSTAT STORE, NEAR Janamaithiri Police Station,
