Accommodation Guidelines

• All SFLs and coordinators are encouraged to stay within the venue. Please note that there may
be sharing of rooms with other districts.
• For those who would opt to take outside accommodation, you may refer to the suggested list of
outside accommodations that will be provided in the next memo.
• For payments of accommodations within the venue, kindly refer to the accommodation rate for
details.
• We will start accepting payments for Accommodation on October 8, 2010.
• Registration is on First‐come, first ‐serve basis.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Kindly use the official CFC‐SFL World Singles Congress accommodations form. Please fill in PRINT
ALL the spaces provided and affix your signature where required.
2. You can make remittances to the following:

• For Districts of NCR – CFC FFL Home office, Starmall Complex, Apartelle 12, Edsa Cor.
Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.
• For Districts Outside NCR and other Provinces – Go to any Allied Bank or BPI branch in
your area and deposit the full amount corresponding to the number of listed occupants.

3. For the Provinces, kindly course your payment through to your District CFC FFL offices.
4. Fax the complete set of the official accommodations form and validated deposit slip to CFC‐FFL
Home Office fax number 718‐22‐13, attention to: WSC Accommodations Committee c/o Roxy
San Juan. Please make sure to indicate the type of accommodation that you are availing so to
avoid confusion with registration payments. For those remitting directly at the CFC‐FFL home
office you may leave your accomplished accommodations form at the cashier.
5. Payments are non‐refundable.
6. Kindly bring with you the accommodations form and deposit slip for check‐in purposes on site.
