AS380 一体机控制柜特点和优点
1) 它是电梯控制和驱动的有机结合，整个装置结构紧凑、体积小、接线少、可靠性高、

操作简便、更具经济性；

2) 双 32 位嵌入式微处理器共同完成电梯操作功能和电机驱动控制；

3) 冗余安全设计，控制处理器和驱动处理器双重安全保护，实现电梯运行的最强安全

保障；

4) 抗干扰能力设计超过工业设计要求的最高等级；

5) 全 CAN 总线通讯，使整个系统接线简单，数据传输能力强，可靠性高；

6）采用先进的直接停靠技术，使电梯运行效率更高；

7) 具有丰富、先进的电梯操作功能，能充分满足客户的各种需求；

8) 具有先进的群控功能，不仅支持最多八台的传统群控方式，而且还支持新颖的目的

层分配群控方式；

15）、同步电机无需编码器相位角自整定，调试时只要接线正确和电机规格参数设置准

确就能运行，一体机会在运行过程中自动学习编码器的相位角。

16）、可采用增量型 ABZ 编码器实现同步马达控制，大大降低了编码器的成本，并同

样能采用无载荷传感器启动补偿技术，实现优异的起动舒适感；

17）、提供一种革命性的电梯调试方式，工作人员用手持操作器在轿厢中可以直接调试

电梯、监控电梯运行状态，使得电梯平层、舒适感等功能的调试更加人性化。

18）、通过手持操作器就可以查询每一层的外呼板工作是否正常，可以方便准确的判断

出哪一层外呼板损坏，而以前必须由维修人员到每一层拆除外呼板才能判断那一块板损坏。

19）、轿箱的 SM-02 控制板分成了轿顶控制板和轿箱控制板，使轿底超满载信号、开

关门到位信号和安全触板信号等不用象原来那样还要引到轿箱操纵盘中，大大减少了轿顶检
