Closing NCRs− etc.
 Prepared Quality Manual for 30 activities from excavation to finishing showing
proper procedures, tests done, tolerance and sequence of inspection for each
activity.
 Helped Quality manager for preparing Project Quality Plan for recent project.
Snagging & De-snagging. Took trial mixes for the project in plants.
 Inspecting Category, A & B fit-out works and coordination with MEP.
  Inspecting all finishing works reviewing tile layout drawings suggesting site
team as per site requirements.
 Arranged Quality meeting and Q-talk with site time to assure quality and
compliance to specification.
 Reviewing test reports and comparing with tolerances− & limits as per
specifications.
 Submitting DM inspections to DM portal.
 Coordination and inspection of all joinery works subcontractor reviewing PQ &
Technical submittals submitted from subcontractor.
