Reasons for Staffing  To fulfil the needs of Academy development in China, we need a strong and capable person
Request to take the lead and follow up of the project

– ▪ Independently take the lead of cooperation between ARRI Academy with local film
academies and industry associations. It includes draft the agreement, negotiate in
between, organize meetings, execute and follow up the plan.
▪ Independently make the realistic annual plan of certified training, regular lectures,
open house, video trainings, master class, etc. Analysis the potential needs of the
courses and set the targets for students’ recruitment.
▪ Work with local academy to develop plans of joint courses. Promote the courses to
students internal and external.
▪ Be proactive to establish the relationship with industry associations and work with
them to plan, organize, execute and post- processing the trainings of all kinds of
courses.
▪ Coordinate of external service providers (e.g. hotel conference rooms, event

▪ Project monitoring including cost monitoring and evaluation
▪ Independent organization and market the regular trainings, certified training and master
classes
▪ Briefing and cooperation with marketing for the creation of promotions
(social media, newsletters, websites, associations, etc.)
▪ Organizational activities in organization (e.g. updating and
administration of the training calendar, creation of the online booking
pages, preparation of training documents, update the training pictures
and video on the webpage)
▪ Proactively contact the potential customers and answer customer queries, as well as
maintenance the CRM database
▪ Maintenance of the Slide Content Management platform
▪ Be able to manage certified trainers and arrange their schedule
▪ Identification and analysis of training needs

Required qualifications

 Successful completion in the described field of activity (e.g. in the field of events,
marketing, training)
EDUCATION/WORKI
 5-7 years of professional and practical experience in event management and
