Topic: Course Introduction

Objective (s): By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

1. take note on the course structures of the lesson


2. list down all the learning tools needed for the subject

Activities:

1. Breaking the ice. Teacher starts the lesson by introducing himself. Later, the teacher asks every
student to introduce themselves.
2. Teacher explains about the course structure or the syllabus of the subject. Students are
reminded to pay particular attention on the format of exam questions.
3. Teacher lists down all the learning tools needed for the subject. Students are reminded to
provide 2 exercise books, a dictionary and a log book. They are also reminded to always bring
along their textbook in every English period.
4. Students are asked to copy the list in their book or on a piece of paper.

2. Students are required to differentiate the differences between official letter and official report.
3. Teacher distributes a sample of a good report and instructed students to copy it down onto their
writing exercise book.
4. Students are reminded to finish up copying the essay by next week. Take the task home as a
homework if necessary.

class.
6. Teacher gives feedback and compliments.

Reflection: The learning objectives are not achieved due to a Maulidurrasul Program. This lesson will
be carried forward on Monday.
