For the audition organized by Big Hit Entertainment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, referred to as “Big Hit”), Big Hit
collects, retains, and utilizes the personal information provided by the audition candidate for purposes listed
below. The audition candidate however has the right to refuse to provide his or her personal information but
such refusal may limit audition candidate’s eligibility to register as a candidate for Big Hit auditions

1. Collectible Personal Information: name, date of birth, telephone number, messenger ID, height, weight,
address, e-mail, educational background, hobby, and other information requested under the application

2. Retention Period: five (5) years upon submitting the Consent Form

3. Purpose: evaluation of audition candidate, delivery of notification of acceptance, notice of other Big Hit
auditions
