Dear Pritam,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been offered an Internship at ElectroMech Material Handling Systems
lndia Pvt Ltd

Period: Your internship will be effective from 13th May 2019 to 12th July 2019, during which the stipend will be Rs
5 000 /- per month

Place of Posting: You are required to report Pune office for induction. However, you may be asked to work for any
of our branches or associate firms anywhere in India or abroad at the dtscretion of the management.
Conduct of Satisfactory Training. As a part of your Job Responsibility and Job Requirement you might undergo
extensive training within or outside the office premises of Employer for any specific time period And your
employment with EMHS will only continue subject to successful completion of that training or certification within
required time iimits, lf you fail to complete that training and / or certification in stipulated time period or as per
expected standards then this Employment Agreement will end with immediate effect and Employer may terminate
employment without notice and with compensation to Employee only to the date of such termination
CONFIDENTIALITY. Trainee recognizes that during the course of his Internship he willwork wtth, have access to,
and be exposed to certain information belonging to Company and to Clients which is proprietary, confidential and
constitutes trade secrets, including - inventions - machinery - products - prices- bidding materials - costs - discounts
- future plans - business affairs - processes - trade secrets - technrcal matters - customer lists - product design -
copyrighted materials and alher vital proprietary, confidential, and trade secret information (the "lnformation") which
are vaiuable, speciai and unique assets of Company andlor its Clients / Customers. Trainee agrees that he will not
at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any
Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company will protect all the Information all the
time related to EMHS it's clients and customers and treat rt as strictly confidential. You may be called upon to
execute any additional documents for maintaining the confidentialrty during his employment tenure You wil\ abrde
by the existrng information security policy of the company and all the rules and regulations contained therein A
violation by you of this paragraph shall be a material violation of this Agreement and will justify strict legal and/or
equitable relief. You shallnoi communicate to media pubiic papers, magazines, journais, pamphiets or ieafiets, any
information or documents, official or otherwise relating to the Company except with the prior written approval of the
management Upon separation from the Company, you shall return to the Company all the assets and property of
the Company (including any leased properties), documents, files, books, papers, memos, stationery, mobrle phone,
Laptop computers or any other property of the Company in your possession or under your control The terms and
conditions of this offer are strictly confidential between you and the company regulations contained therein
Working Hours At present, the Company works 5 days a_week Daily working hours are 08 0O hrs to 17 30 hrs
You will be required to work extra hours as may be reasonably required to complete your business duties &
responsibilities. Your weekly off may not necessarily fall on saturday or Sunday
It is advisable that this internship is continued for the period mentioned above. However, due to unforeseen
circumstances if you decide to discontinue the internship it is required that you have to submit an No Ob.lection
Certificate (NOC) from the college, stating the reasons for discontinuation, failing which company will not be rn a
position to issue the training completion certificate
