1. What is your rationale for the On- the-job training?


As an OJT student, this helps me to understand and prepared on the real-
life workplace environment. It will also help me to explore the relationship
between the knowledge and skills that I learned in the class that will
require in the working situations.

2. Benefits expect to drive from On- the-job training?


Being an OJT student, I expected to gain hands-on professional
experience that will be valuable during my service in the future. I can also
learn more about my strengths and weaknesses.

3. What made you take up Criminology?


I decided to take the Criminology course because this is my dream. I
wanted to be a police officer since I thought it is a good profession to
serve the country.

4. Readiness for the On- the-job training.


Being able to work in the actual work setting, I prepared myself to act
professionally and maintain proper behavior. I manage my time by being
able to work on time. I also made myself to be fit and, so I can participate
in any physical activities.

5. Personal relevant experience.


In the first week as an OJT, I was able to develop a sense of diligence in
every work assignment given to me. I learned about some rules and
procedures that should be strictly exercised and practiced.

6. Knowledge gained from experience (Personal and Professional Growth)?


Personal - I gained a personal work ethic, and I can fully understand my
career interests, prospective career goals, and my approach to a
professional workplace

Professional- As an OJT, I learned through experience how to interact


and communicate with people, know how to engage in work requiring

problem-solving, and always follow orders and rules given by the head of
the company.

7. Role as an On- the-job training.


My role as an OJT student is to follow the rules and guidelines of every
department that I am assigned. I am also expected to have good
behaviour and participate in all the activities required for the training. I
need to finish this training without any problem and learned new things
that I can apply in the future.
