Part 2: Select Referral Method

There are several ways employees can refer candidates to AECOM positions.

a. Send via Email: For this method, you will need your referred candidate’s email address. You will
receive an acknowledgement confirming your email was sent. Your referred candidate is able to
view/apply the job in the email with subject “You should apply to AECOM!”

Please note: referral emails include links that are active for a limited time only. If a position is filled, closed or
cancelled before your referral applies, the link will be deactivate automatically.

b. Post to My Network: As an employee, you have the ability to post AECOM open positions to your LinkedIn, Twitter
or Facebook account. You will need to authorize your selected social media pages to allow you the AECOM system
to post the requisition on your personal page. You will receive a confirmation that your post(s) was successful.

c. Upload Resume: Employees have the ability to upload candidates’ resumes to our Applicant Tracking
System. Once the process is completed, candidates will receive an automated notification email from the system
to inform them of your referral.

IMPORTANT: In order to complete this process, the referred candidate must update the application in the system
via the link given in the automated notification email, within the specified timeline.

Note: If your referral candidate already has a historic profile in our Applicant Tracking System, the ‘Upload
Resume’ option will not be available. Hence, employees should utilize the “Send via email” option as an alternative.

Part 3: Tracking Your Referrals

We encourage all employees to track their referrals. Employees can log into the portal and click “Referrals” under the
“Candidate Zone”. The current status of the referred candidates will be available to you.
