255 Essential Qualifications:- (i)Must possess Class 10+2 pass certificate with Science or its equivalent from
recognized Board of School Education/ University.
(ii)Should possess diploma in Radiology or its equivalent from an institution recognized by the State/ Central
Government.
Desirable:- Two years experience of working on high powered diagnostic and Droop x-ray machines will be

High Altitude Trekking etc. from a recognized institution of the Government.
282 Essential Qualifications:- (i) Graduation from a Recognized University. (ii) Qualified in Basic, Intermediate
and Advance Course in water sports from a recognized institute in India.
Desirable:- Two years experience as Water Sports Instructor from a recognized institution of the
Government.
283 Essential Qualifications:- (i) Graduation from a Recognized University. (ii) Qualified in Basic, Advance and
Method of Instruction Course in Mountaineering from a recognized institute in India and an experienced
climber having done climbing of atleast two major expeditions of 19500 feet.
Desirable:- Two years experience as Mountaineering Instructor from a recognized institution of the
Government.
284 Essential Qualifications:- (i) Atleast Matric standard from a recognized Board/ equivalent Navy/ Naval
qualification. (ii) Qualified in Basic Advance course in Water Sports from a recognized institute by H.P.
Government. (iii) Should know swimming.
Desirable:- Knowledge of handling and fitting different classes of boats.

1. Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for

Documents to be sent with the application Form
1. One window envelope (made available in the packet of application form) after affixing postal stamps of Rs5/- or of
prevalent rate.
2. One passport size recent photograph (Not to be attested) of the candidate pasted on prescribed box in the Application
form.
3. Acknowledgement Card (made available in the packet of application form) after affixing postal stamps of Rs5/- or of
prevalent rate after writing self-address thereon.

General Instructions:
1. The candidate must apply on the prescribed Application form costing Rs. 170/- (For General Category) and Rs. 65/-
for reserved categories, obtainable from the Post Offices/ Sub-Post Offices and other authorized Sale Agents
situated at various district head quarters and towns of H.P.
2. Separate Application form should be used for each post code & only one Application may be sent in one envelope.
3. The Application form should be filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
4. The candidate should be eligible and fully qualified for the post for which he/she has applied for on the last date
fixed for the receipt of application.
5. Incomplete applications e. g. declaration not signed, without photo and enclosures i. e. Acknowledgement Card,
window envelope etc. not attached and columns not filled in or applications received after the due date shall be
rejected summarily without assigning any reason.
6. The number of post(s) is tentative and may increase or decrease for different categories of candidates.
7. The candidate’s name should be borne on the live register of any of the Employment Exchanges in H.P.
8. In-service candidates shall be required to produce the N.O.C. from the concerned department at the time of personal
interview. They should send their original applications direct to the Board under intimation to their controlling
officer.
10 The Candidates selected for appointment to various posts on Contract basis will have to execute a contract with the
concerned appointing authority as per the provisions of the Recruitment & Promotion Rules of the post.
11. The amount of fee has been included in the cost of Application Form. Hence the candidates need not attach any fee
with the Application.
12 Candidates claiming fee concession and applying on subsidized forms costing Rs. 65/- should possess a valid
certificate of the respective category as on the last date of submission of application & the copy of the certificate is
required at the time of interview, failing which the candidature is liable to be cancelled at the interview stage.
13 No change of category shall be allowed after last date of receipt of application i.e. from SC to OBC/ST & vise-versa.
14 Married daughters/ grand-daughters of freedom fighters are not entitled for reservation under WFF sub category.
15 Female candidates of SC/ST categories should have SC/ST certificate on parental basis & not on in-laws basis.
16 Female candidate of OBC category should have the certificate issued by the competent authority of the area of the
address given by the candidate in the application form.
17. Eligibility for vacancies in Sub-Cat-SPORTSMAN shall be as per the norms framed by department of Youth
Services and Sports.
18. The Board reserves the right to dispense with the written examination for any post keeping in view the number of
applicants’ vis-à-vis vacancies & other circumstances.
