TOPIC: 8 ATTRIBUTES OF A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS
CULLED FROM THE 2ND AND 4TH NYC WITH PASTOR CHRIS 2005 & 2007 “Success Is Not An Accident, You Plan For It, Pastor Chris” You are either planning to succeed or you are planning to fail.
1 CULTIVATE A DISCONTENT WITH MUNDANITY AND MEDIOCRITY IN
YOUR LIFE Refused to be satisfied with anything that is mundane and mediocrity. This is about management. Business is managed by people and has a leader, the moment the head of a business condones poor service delivery by whatever reason, such a leader isn’t fit to lead, and if he’s allowed to continue, that business will collapse within a short period. Look all over the world, big corporations fires the head when an error perhaps had come from an employee the CEO might not even know or met. 2 DRIVE YOURSELF TO IMPROVE YOUR MIND AND ABILITIES Be the best no matter what you want to do. Train yourself to be the best. In 2011, after I have launched DU opensource. Based on this teaching, in 2011 I enrolled in Pan Atlantic University Executive Programme to upgrade my skills, knowledge and potentials. I used that opportunity networked with CEOs of top companies. The more knowledge you have the more business opportunities. 3 THE UNSEEN YOU IS THE ONE TO MAKE YOU A SUCCESS. THE HOLY SPIRIT 5 Mandatory Spiritual Rules For Successful Business Meditation Sowing of Seeds, Giving Partnership Speaking in other Tongues These are mandatory Spiritual Rules for a successful business. The Holy Spirit is the one that makes the difference in us and in business. There are business scriptures. You can’t meditate on these scriptures, go out for marketing and return without a deal, it’s not possible. Bring in the scriptures here……
4 DON’T LET THE MEMORY OF THE PAST STOP YOU
If your past does not inspire you dump it. Don’t take it along with you. It’s not good for your future. Don’t be a slave of your past. 5 CONQUER YOUR HANDICAPS, LET NOTHING STOP YOU Those things you would have stated as the reasons, don’t let it stop you. Many today are limited by their past. The school they did not go, the certificate they did not have, the decision maker they did in that company the reason they lost that deal. Pastor says, hang up your hang-ups. It’s time to put those thing behind and move on. 6 TRANSCEND YOUR ENVIRONMENT Pastor ask, what can you see? Some business men see only themselves, immediate family, or the city where they are situated. Pastor says think of businesses that will run nations. If you don’t say who you are, you would be told what you are. And most times what the world says you are is not always the true representation of your personality. When I pray, I prophesy businesses in all the known currencies of the world. Because I am not limited to Naira or a particular currency or business. 7 BE LOYAL Loyalty is a virtue. A business man become dependable when he’s loyal and I’m not talking about being foolish. Be humble as a business man. Show respect to your clients, employees and vendors. Treat your employees well. Since the inception of DU opensource in 2008, we’ve not for once delayed our employees’ salary and would never. BE LOYAL TO YOUR CLIENTS BE LOYAL TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AS AN EMPLOYEE BE LOYAL TO YOUR EMPLOYERS 8 THE MIMSHACH ANOINTING, THE ANOINTING FOR EXPANSION AND SPREADING. Pastor says when you function with this anointing even if you have a small kiosk it will turn into a shop, the small shop will turn into a supermarket, the supermarket will turn into a mall and the mall will turn into a supermall. Prophetically Pastor Chris brought the Palm Mall, Ikeja City Mall and the Shoprite of this world to Nigeria.
