In any organization or any company, there will be many factors for the development and they

also be responsible for the behaviour and the performance of the company. For any company or
organization if they want to change their environment they need to change every aspect of the
company. They need to change the place of business, they need to change the method of
orientation and the whole planning management has to be changed. These organizations must
be always ready to change according to the changes in the environment. There are two kinds of
environmental changes they are external environmental change and internal environmental
change. There won’t be much difference in them both. Once the environment gets changed
everything in the company will get changed. In the external environment, there will be many
factors like
● Political legislative factor: all the political laws and legal laws must be updated and gets
stabilized. There will be many frameworks which are legally approved between the
political power and the business of the company.
● Economic factors: these are the factors that will directly affect the company in many
ways. Just like it can affect the interest rates and there will be many price fluctuations in
the company. With all these factors the environment gets changed.
● Technological factors: whenever there is a change in technology all the products get
changed. With the latest and updated technology, we can even make fast productions.
All the products will even work with accuracy. There won’t be any problem also. The
market value will also be increased. Basically, there won’t be any market which will be
using and requiring old and unused technology. So we need to update our technology
accordingly to the client usages.

There are two kinds of environment they are:

● Macro environment: this is a kind of environment with which we can affect the business
enterprises and they can even stop working of them. This is a general environment. The
main default of this environment is they cannot be controlled. These environments can
be influenced only indirectly and they can be done distantly. But the main thing in this
environment is all the elements of this environment are in general nature.
● Microenvironment: this environment is nothing but the environment which is nearby to
the company is known as a microenvironment. This a small environment which can be
used for small markets. In this environment all the factors are controllable. They can
influence the system directly and regularly. In other words, we can say that
microenvironment is the collection of the forces which are very much related to the firm.
In this microenvironment, all the customers and the firms which are being used by the
suppliers are included. This environment will be directly contacted to the business
organizations.
