13 Clearing of drainages with clogging of dry leaves

Rain water pipes fixed to walls shall be properly

clamped. Mouths of all rain water pipes shall be cleaned
14 to ensure free flow of rain water.

Proper maintenance to be carried out for all out door

15 equipment in advance.

Chopping of trees/ branches near to building equipment

16 to be done.

All out door panels properly inspected to avoid water

17 entering to the control panel.

Proper cover for outdoor motors and starter units to be

18 provided

Check for the cable route and path way which leads to
19 basement from transformer yard

Disinfection of all water supplies and ensuring normal

20 water supply with adequate level of residual chlorine.

Detailed inspection of damaged building, roads, AC

installations, false ceilings, broken glass panes, blown off
Ac sheet roofs and side claddings, doors, rolling
21 shutters, partitions etc and taking up remedial actions.

22 Extra umbrallas for the employees
