As the world gets bigger and bigger, our society also expands and as our society

expands lots of things are being invented, and in order to maintain what the society
achieved, the more we should be flexible in using the resources that our society has.
Such as resources that we can get in our forests, mountains and other natural
resources that can help us build a better community. But are we being smart enough in
using these natural resources that we call?

The signs of expanding and improving society are the mechanism, structures and
other things that we can’t see from the past, and these structures or mechanisms are
invented with the help of the natural resources, for example the metal. The metal acts
as the foundation in building structures, it can be found underground and can be
transformed as steel and be used in building different structures. The more we use the
components that are used to create steel, the more it increases the demands and
causes the possibility of loss of that component. As time goes by, more inventions are
being produced and one of those is plastic. Plastic consists of natural resources such as
heterochain polymers, also atoms such as oxygen, nitrogen, or sulfur in their backbone
chain, in addition to carbon. Plastic been very useful in the society, also the advantage
of this is that it can serve as a substitute in building structure. Because of its ability to be
reformed after it is used it also serves as a useful substitute in different things, for
example in chairs, most of the traditional chairs are made of woods which leads to
deforestation, so with the use of plastic it can be recycled and reformed as tool the use
to create chairs substitute for the woods. Some experts also approves that using
recycled plastics, we were be able to get more than a 90% saving on CO2 emissions
and fossil fuel usage compared to using the traditional steel mesh reinforcing.

The more we build, the more we consume resources and can increase the
chance of loss, so as a smart consumer we should be able to create substitutes for
what we abuse also to make a better society with an healthy environment.
Plastic pollution is of the greatest natural concerns. A lot of plastic waste
materials are seen somewhere on the planet we live in which is sometimes
unavoidable, however everybody can help with the plastic pollution issue by monitoring
its risks and finding a way to lessen waste. The measure of rubbish on the planet
increments as the population grows, and dispensable plastic items, similar to water
containers and soft drink jars, aggregate after some time. Plastic pollution happens
when enough plastic has assembled in a zone that it influences the regular habitat and
damages plants, creatures, or people. The plastic waste brings serious ecological risk to
current society since it is made up from a few poisonous synthetics, and therefore
plastic pollutes soil, air and water if not appropriately oversaw or treated.

AGGREGATE FOR CONCRETE*

As far as structural designing application, reusing of plastic waste as

cementitious based materials, for example, cement mixtures or concrete mixtures show
up as better choice for elective plastic waste transfer. This is because of its financial
and environmental focal points which can substitute or supplant certain bit of total in
concrete mix. In addition, some modification strategy for plastic waste could be perfect
hopeful as lightweight concrete pavement. In that capacity, there are as of now a parcel
of distributed reports that have been contemplated concerning the capacity of plastic
waste combined with cementitious based blends. When all is said in done, plastic is
lightweight, water retainer and safe, expandable, solid, and extremely shabby to
produce. These are the alluring characteristics that add to over-utilization of plastic
based products. Rather, if plastic is 100% produced using hydrocarbon intermediates, it
is truly solid and lead to moderate debasement.

Using plastics to replace some of the aggregates in a concrete mixture contributes to

reducing the unit weight of the concrete. This is useful in applications requiring
nonbearing lightweight concrete, such as concrete panels used in facades. The
inclusion of recycled aggregates in the concrete of the buildings under investigation has
been shown to be advantageous from an energy point of view. The use of plastic
aggregates helped in keeping the interior cooler, when the outside temperature is
raised, as compared to the corresponding control concrete. Ayoko na ikaw na
