Greetings in St. La Salle!

We are undergraduate BS Civil Engineering students currently conducting our thesis on the Analysis on
the Strength Performance of Mycelium Bricks as a Potential Construction Building Material. For our
methodology, we need to use the facilities and equipment in the Science and Technology Research Center
(STRC). With this, we would like to request for an entry permit for our forty-eight (48) rectangular brick
specimens with dimensions 200 x 90 x 60 mm. Listed below are the details of entry.

Gate of entry: Velasco Gate

Date and time of entry:
March 12, 2019 (Tuesday), around 2:00PM
March 18, 2019 (Friday) , around 2:00PM

Gate of entry: STRC Gate

Date and time of entry:
March 23, 2019 (Saturday), around 10:00AM and 1:00PM
