I. Rationale

In preparation for the upcoming Cor Jesu College Intramurals 2017, the College of
Engineering and Technology will hold the CONVENIT CET Mini-Olympics 2017 with
the theme “Creating Connections, Building Bridges Together”. The purpose is to
actively participate in all activities catering to the different interests and skills of the
students towards global and professional competitiveness.

II. Objectives

 To Serve as an active force in projecting the sentiments and interest of the students in
particular, to value their uniqueness and dignity and in general, to promote the
physical, moral, social and intellectual well-being of the students.
 Provide the students with opportunities for a healthy interaction needed in building a
harmonious society by molding the students to become competent professionals in the
future.
 To strengthen the relationship between two divisions to a one college.
 To promote camaraderie between different courses.

III. Techniques

 Interactive activities are a must to keep the members’ interest and participation.
 Support from the CET faculty will also be observe as well as the proper planning and
effective time management.
 Provide more interesting styles of game events.
 Promote welfare among students field of interest by means of competitions.
 Exercise leadership with fair treatment.
 Use techniques, skills and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering
practice.
