Title :- Synthesis Of ZnO Nanomaterials And Its Applications

Objective :-Study of various methods of synthesis of ZnO and its applications in

various fields.

Abstract :- Zinc Oxide is a multi-functional material due to its unique physical and

chemical properties and it can be syntesized using several methods

such as controlled precipition, sol gel method, solvothermal and

hydrothermal method . Its applications are in various branches of

industry such as rubber, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, textile, electronic

and eletro technology.

Methodology :- There are several methods to produce ZnO. Where precipitation method

consist of spontaneous reduction of aquas solution of a zinc salt

with reducing agent, followed by the precipitation of the precursor of

zno and followed by thermal treatment.

Expected Outcome :- Nano particles of ZnO of different sizes will be formed.

Application :-ZnO nano particles are used in various fields such as additive in

concrete, as filter in cigrattes, manufacturing of rubber and in various

 industries such as pharmaceuticals, textile and cosmetics.
