O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.

“A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANTONINA D. TANGGASING THE TRIBAL LEADER OF

BARANGAY KITAAN DAGAT, KUMALARANG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR TO ENTER INTO
SPECIFIC IMPLEMENTATION ARRANGEMENT( SIA) WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL
WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT FIELD OFFICE IX, MLGU AND BLGU FOR THE
IMPLEMENTATIONOF THE SUB-PROJECT CONSTRUCTION OF TRIBAL LEARNING CENTER.”

WHEREAS, Barangay Kitaan Dagat Indigenous Cultural Community is a recipient of the KC-
PAMANA IP CDD batch 2 cycle 1 program implemented under the Department of Social
Welfare and Development.

WHEREAS, the KC:PAMANAIP CDD Program aims to promote opportunities and encourage
participation from among the indigenous communities to address issues and concerns in
their respective Ancestral Domain,

WHEREAS, the Specific Implementation Arrangement (SIA) will be entered by and between
the Tribal leader of KitaanDagat ICC and the Department of Social Welfare and Development
field Office IX.

WHEREAS, the Specific Implementation Arrangement (SIA) is deemed necessary to

authorized Antonina D. Tanggasing to implement the KC:PAMANA IP CDD program batch 2
cycle 1 in KitaanDagat ICC.

THEREFORE upon motion by Daniboy Tanggasing and duly unanimously it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED; “A resolution authorizing Antonina D. Tanggasing

the Tribal Leader Of Barangay Kitaan Dagat, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur To Enter Into
Specific Implementation Arrangement( SIA) with the Department of Social Welfare and
Development Field Office IX, MLGU and BLGU for the Implementation of the Sub-Project
Construction Of Tribal Learning Center.”
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of KALAHI-CIDSS:
PAMANA IP CDD and other line agency concerned for their information and guidance.
